I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell regularly and usually have good experiences, but tonight was really upsetting. I was eating a Cantina Chicken Taco and halfway through biting into it, I found a hair inside the taco. It was literally in the middle of the food. I immediately felt nauseous and almost threw up.
This completely ruined my appetite and experience. I understand mistakes can happen, but finding hair in food is unacceptable, especially at a place I trust and visit often. I really hope management takes food safety and cleanliness more seriously going forward.

I think this is the best Taco Bell in the area and they tend to make good food with good portions. And the staff is pretty friendly. However I sometimes have issues with order accuracy – for example today I ordered a two piece chicken tenders and got one tender and my order was also missing a burrito. And the chips I got today were crumbs instead of whole chips. That’s not common here though – overall this is usually a good experience.

Opening times are are different from the website and their door. 7am is what is listed on their website and their door. They always open a few minutes after 8am. So just change times on your door and website. If you order online… always go thru the drive-thru. If go pick it up inside the restaurant it might take 15 minutes to get your order. At the Drive-Thru they dont want to hold the line and make your food quick. The old hispanic lady with the glasses at the front counter during the day can be a bit disrespectful and annoyed when people are not using the kiosk. In the evening its a total different atmosphere. Great and very respectful young people working there.

So it’s 11:34 pm pulled up to the drive thru and tell them that I’m picking up two customers order (Door Dashing) to be told I had to come inside. Usually that time of night drive thru only. So remind you it’s 4 cars in front and more pulled in the back of me. I’m like I can’t back up because of how the drive thru is. He/she say oh we can’t do doordash at the drive thru 12. So I had to sit in the line for 15 mins. as times tick and tick I’m hott. I finally get to the window at 11:56 and say really he repeatedly an order no door dash. You have to come in oh I’m coming in. I go in customer standing there got his food but waiting on something. So I’m standing there with my phone waiting they just keep walking by not acknowledging me. It’s like 8 ppl from what I saw it could’ve been more. Do you know I had to stand there for another 10to 15 mins. I ask for management talked to him he kept over talking me. I’m looking at him like dude communication is the key. Finally get the food during all this both customers like what is going on. I’m hott because I can get in trouble all it takes is for the customer to complain. Definitely need to put a sign up. For real lucky I wasn’t rude to them.

I went through the drive thru at 10pm on a week night. They got my order right the first time. The staff were fast and polite. The food is delicious. The parking lot was clean (I ate from my car). The neighborhood looks safe, I would feel completely fine going in if I had more time.

Delectable. Scrumptious. All ingredients were super fresh. Beef in my tacos was still hot. Nachos and cheese were both great. Ordered with the app and had no issues. No wait time either.

Maybe a little difficult to get to the drive thru, especially in the dark, since the parking lot is structured oddly. But the service is always pleasant and portions are pretty good.

Went there for a special promotional menu item that was in-store only and they refused to sell the item even though they had it. This location was never very good but this was the final straw.
