Hooter wings are my all time favorite. It never fails. 3 Mile Island is my fave. The best friend buffalo shrimp ever. Veronica is an amazing waitstaff. Very friendly and attentive with a smile and eyes that brightens up the place.

had the buffalo chicken. the lettuce was so soggy and the skin was falling off my sandwich. had a weird flavor too couldn’t even eat it. staff are super sweet they just take forever to do anything we spent more time waiting around than anything. way too much money for they quality. they drinks are amazing though!

Truly my favorite Wings place! Food is good. Service is great! The greatest bartenders ever! While they don’t know my name, they absolutely remember my orders and anticipate my refill needs. Today Payton took car of me and she didn’t disappoint. Great experience.

Coming here on veterans day usually isn’t an issue. However today I came and experienced some pretty poor service. The restaurant was not busy at all so I’m not sure where the attitude came from from the waitress but I honestly don’t appreciate the treatment. I requested the Angels Envy Old fashioned and received what is pictured below. While I appreciate the free meals on Veterans Day I try to order a drink or something simple to still support the business in return. I asked the waitress directly was there no ice and she looked back at me and said no. I ended up walking to the bar myself to get my own ice. I should have just sat at the bar. The waitress/service was horrible. It seemed she did not want to be there much less serve our food. We had to keep asking for basic amenities. Ice in our drinks, ware to eat with, sauces for dipping the wings, etc. She took our order and disappeared for 30 minutes. Then we didn’t get everything we had ordered. When confronted, she blamed the kitchen. Very, Very bad experience!! Would not recommend this Hooters to anyone.

Food is always delicious! Highly recommend the Daytona Wings. Service is always friendly. The actual restaurant is more like a dive. Not super clean and facilities aren’t top notch. Why is this restaurant never updated? The new one in Prattville is so nice, with a wonderful patio.

“Disappointing Take-Out Experience”
I recently ordered take-out with the expectation of a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The curly fries ($4.99)were undercooked and had an unpleasant “freezer taste.” Packed enough for 2 to 3 people. While the wings were cooked through, they lacked the promised crispiness and were significantly smaller than expected. For $16.99(10 wings), I anticipated a more substantial portion. As you can see – ea one could fit inside the 2oz deli sauce cup! Overall, the quality of the food did not justify the price. Paid $28.73 total with 15% tip to kitchen and extra buck for all flaps.
Personal side notes:
While standing at the bar waiting for someone to approach, a fella was in the kitchen area with large headphones on. I thought, how does one work in a kitchen with headphones on. I see him grab a L metal bowl. Thinking ahh, he’s a dishwasher. No! I see him with his bare hands portion out some waffle fries in 3 separate baskets to then pass off for pickup. I’m pretty sure he should’ve been wearing gloves when handling ready to eat food. But then I noticed that the ladies’ shorts are a lot shorter than they used to be. More like cheeky bikinis. Not a complaint, but was cause for pause

Food was excellent. Our server, Olivia, was absolutely perfect as well. I just feel that, with as hard as these women work, the Women’s bathroom should be in a lot better shape. My daughter said it wasn’t very pleasant in there.

After being greeted and seated at the bar top table I was almost instantly greeted by the Bartender Sophie where I place my order for a large Michelob Ultra and she brought it straight to my table where I then placed my order. I asked for the Shrimp platter with curly fries( however I asked that my Shrimp be double battered and extra wet ) Sophie placed my order and as I was enjoying my beer Sophie delivered my meal to my table at which point I snapped a picture because I was in awe at the apparent detail to my request that was put into this meal. Once I bit into the first shrimp I knew that there was no doubt the Chef went above and beyond to make sure my meal was just exactly like I ordered. I then asked Sophie to please ask the chef to come speak with me, when we met I asked his name ( Matt K. ) and gave him praise and props to the amount of work and details he put into my order. After a brief exchange I gave him a gratuity and went about eating my delicious meal. I will definitely be back and recommend Pelham Hooters to my huge circle of friends and Family. Please go and let Matt K. hook you guys up with some AMAZING food!!

My wifes favorite restaurant! I happen to like it as well. But we both love wings and a couple beers so Hooters always hits the spot. This one in Hoover is our closest to home so we frequent it quite a bit. The food has always been top notch here. She loves the Daytona and I love the 3 Mile!
