Basic menu you think but they put their awesome spin on everything. Ordered a country breakfast and the over easy eggs were between the biscuits covered in gravy! Wonderful. Took a few to get seated but food came out fast and fresh. But here’s the star of the show, people were crowded around the door from when we came in till we left and we kept hearing people getting take out pie and dessert, so I’m like I have to also, and at home is when I knew the place was worth the wait, price, and effort. I will now go out of my way to try every homemade blessing they have! Trust me on this!

Excellent breakfast and for lunch -a full menu – Try the city chicken- fantastic- delicious- unbelievable- grab a almond joy cookie or any cookie brownie on the way out – soo delicious and this busy restaurant has the best service and servers in town! T.V. Diner is a clean, cute, cared for comfortable restaurant with fantastic management open for breakfast and lunch! Great for carry out and dine in – comfort food and delicious desserts – I recommend the carrot cake! The cookie in the photo is 3/4 eaten by me lol and so enjoyed – the city chicken looked so good I wanted to eat lunch and not take the time for a photo! Compliments to the chef yesterday at lunchtime and to Jillian and the staff for great friendly service and to The Owners who have done great with this restaurant!

Such a great breakfast! Not a bad bite. I had the Crab Benedict with the redskin American fries and my wife had the Spinach Bacon and Havarti omelette. We couldn’t just have savory though so we split the house special Crème Brûlée Waffle… Wow! It was all fantastic!

Tried it after seeing a review and so glad I did.
#1- nice lady at the register was extremely helpful, patient and polite. As it was lent, I ordered the 3 pc cod dinner with Mac & cheese (2) and a double smash burger with fries for myself.
My wife & her friend had the fish & said it was fantastic! 3 nice size filets. They are already planning to eat there next Friday. The Mac & cheese was very, very good as was the garlic roll. My wife said the m&c was some of the best she’s ever had!
#2 -The smash burger with cheese, pickle, onion & lettuce was pretty darn good. The review I saw said it was good but I think he underated it. Any intelligent person would much rather go here for a burger instead of a fast food place. Much, much better.
#3- Only negative I could find was …..
My order was to go, so I dropped off the 2 fish meals then went home to eat. 20 minute drive. My FF’s were soft & soggy. They wrap plastic around the food for your protection & to help keep it hot. Maybe not do that with FF.
Besides that, 1 to 10, 10 being best, I’ll give them a 8.8. Almost a 9.
Next I gotta try their Reuben.
Great job TV Diner!

This place is great! The service was incredible. The food was wonderful!

I deducted one star because the poor servers were stressed over a very avoidable issue. They didn’t have enough silverware. One of the servers even said she would bring some from home.
To the owner: Please make the investment. Your staff deserves it!

This place is seriously underrated. The corned beef hash with poached eggs and sante fe scramble were both delicious. We were lucky enough to win a free breakfast due to a promotion they had going. So happy with my experience.

Food was subpar. I’ve been here about 2 years ago and remember it being pretty good. It’s not so great anymore. Burgers were dry, bacon was very dry and chewy. 5/10 for the burger. Lobster bisque soup didn’t have any flavor or consistency to it. Complete disappointment.

Always enjoy the food and service here — it’s consistently solid and the staff is great. That said, I was a little surprised to be charged $9 for a single slice of carrot cake. It tasted good, but the portion wasn’t especially large or anything out of the ordinary. Totally understand prices are going up everywhere, but this one felt a bit steep for what it was.
