I’d eaten here several times, but I went at 10 a.m., and it was like many places in Doral, where quality is neglected after success. I ordered two empanadas, both of which tasted old, and only one person serving everyone. Despite that, the person was friendly. The cleanliness was fine, but the empanadas, which are their signature dish, weren’t good.

The food at Central Park is decent for what it is—simple, straightforward, and hits the spot when you’re in the mood for something quick. However, my experience with their customer service left a sour taste. I placed a large order, only to discover they allocate just one small sauce cup per order. When I politely asked for extra, I was immediately met with resistance and told I could only have one additional cup.
There was no mention of any charge, just an abrupt denial. It wasn’t until I explicitly offered to pay for the extra sauce that the response softened, and they agreed. While I was more than willing to pay from the start, the initial interaction felt unnecessarily defensive and unfriendly.
It’s not the cost or the policy that bothers me—it’s the way it was handled. Good customer service is about making patrons feel valued, and in this case, I felt like I was being a burden for a simple request. A more gracious approach could have made all the difference.
While I might return for the food, the lack of hospitality is something the restaurant should address if they hope to build lasting relationships with customers.

Food is delicious. The restaurant looks clean and the people serving were very attentive . I asked for sweet plantains on my chicken and cheese arepa and they did it without extra charge. Baked empanadas are delicious. They also offer juices which taste good. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for Venezuelan food.

Sorry but this place is very wrongly rated. I’m a major Google guide (look at my ratings). I’m always fair with my reviews and in some times I have changed it due to the behavior of the owner of the establishment. Food quality was from ok to mediocre. Bathroom not in service? How? this is a restaurant not a Bank… wont come back and encourage everyone to dont go here. Also, they have a false advertising. They say Mondays are 99 cents hot dogs, and the lady said to me this doesn’t apply on December will come back sometime in January she is not sure

I can’t say enough good things about their food! Whatever is in the picture on the menu is what we ordered. The food was so delicious and appetizing that I forgot to take a picture until we were half way through! First time having food from Venezuela and having arepa and their engy sauce you Must try this place out if you haven’t already!!

The place was recently re decorated and it’s nicer than before. They have a nice twist on the traditional shawerma and to be honest in Doral I haven’t had a good shawerma for a while. I had the mix shawerma which is beef and chicken. Also I met the owner Elias, such a nice guy.
They have a delicious collection of baked pastry which is better than the fried ones, lighTEr and healthy. They make them in house.
The owner recommended the Lebanese baked. It’s stuffed with the same stuffing of a kibbeh with a sweet glaze.
Definitely one of my favorite spots in Doral. Must try.

RUN don’t walk… the food was amazing, freshly cooked to order and very good prices! Definitely will be back for more of the burger and hotdog ! It is everything you want and much more flavor ✌
