Absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.
1. Wait time was longer than it should’ve been considering the place was empty during the lunch time hour (this should’ve been my first clue of what’s to come).
2. Most of the tables were filthy. If the place was slammed, I would overlook this, but the place was EMPTY!!!!
3. My fries were only half full.
4. The burger patty was hanging at least halfway out the bun with the melted cheese holding it in place.
5. The salt packets that they keep behind the counter had nastiness on them.

There was just no pride or work ethic on display whatsoever.
Thank God this place is not local for me and I will most likely never be back.

Very good atmosphere! Everything clean but I went to eat and at first the manager who was in charge with a bad attitude, I told her that I had a quick question for her and she only answered right now I can’t I’m very busy, then I know that the order was delivered to the table in an unpleasant way the order was poorly assembled when I went to change it I took it with bad attitude, starting the order from the hand, after delivering for the second time the hamburger was not the same as I had ordered! Please remember that it is a customer service you have to have more empathy! I just asked for my money back and I won’t go there again in the afternoon! Because of his bad attitude

I had a Big Mac today. I haven’t had one in years. It was the perfect bite of a fast food burger. The two thin patties of beef as opposed to just 1 thick one, spread the taste of beef throughout the bite. The robust, fresh lettuce cushioned the bite, making the burger “chomp-worthy”. The onions gave it a zesty flair that complimented the “Mac Sauce” and amplified it’s taste. This was engineered to taste amazing and be the perfect bite of a fast food burger.

Didn’t get my food. I was in the right lane and got completely ignored while 4-5 others in the left lane were being served quickly. Whoever worked the drive thru tonight needs to be retrained on how to manage both lines. Ended up driving off and going somewhere else.

Very very rude!! We came for dinner and ordered 35$ worth of food however when we asked for sauce for our fries we were told no you gotta pay for that and got the window slammed in our face!! Also they poured tons of pepper on all of our burgers when we definitely didn’t order pepper on ours as I’m allergic to it. Never ask for sauce here!!

On 10/08/25 I came through the drive thru at approximately 12:15 am.. around the same time I usually do, I wasn’t greeted at the speaker which was odd because I usually am.. I waited anc proceeded to say hello numerous times, I then moved to the cashier window, through the window I seen a worker and after she spotted me she went up front, I drove to the second window because I normally stop here every night and they are open.. the same lady who I presume to be the manger in a purple shirt walked passed the window back to the back on her phone.. I’m guessing to act as if she didn’t see me. I drove back to the speaker and waited once again. I then drove to the window to double check the hours of operation which said they closed at 1am. At this time it’s 12:24. At this time the same lady in the purple shirt walked from the back and continued to head up front, ignoring me once again. I called to confirm business hours but no response. Very unprofessional. If the store closed early due to whatever reasons she could have communicated with me instead of acting like I wasn’t there. Like I said I come here a few times out the week the same time and never had these issues. It’s also my first time seeing her. If this is how she runs her shifts she needs to do better.
