Right off the highway, super easy to hop in and out. Greeted by pleasant and helpful staff
I ordered the Zensation Salad which is pretty much an Asian inspired salad
Also ordered their Chicken Finger Plate which comes with 2 side options, fries, toast or coleslaw.
The salad was fresh and genuinely tasty. The egg roll, though oily and a bit burnt. I’d suggest keeping the dressing on the side so you can control the pour.
The tenders were okay, just a little on the salty side. I enjoyed the coleslaw, definitely tasted fresh, vegetables crunchy and mayo light.
Their sweet tea station was empty, but the team was kind enough to fill my cup behind the counter, which I appreciated.
The dining area is open with plenty of seating, though the trash bin was overflowing. A few small fixes and the whole experience would feel much smoother.

Second at this place and I promise this time was the last time. I had issues my first visit with the freshness of my food so I made sure on this visit to emphasize that I wanted fresh food. Well, they did it again.. brown flimsy fries. Some to hard to consume, some to saggy to consume. Either way, the same person that I asked for fresh fries was the same person who check my food before bagging it. She saw it, I see it, I trashed it. I just didn’t have the time or patience to fight with them the way I did on my first visit. The chicken was good though.
They also need to do something about those floors. They are severely slippery and someone will eventually get hurt.

Ordered 2 Great 8 boneless wing meals, one wimpy, one with buffalo garlic. Get them back to the office and open them up and neither one have any sauce on them at all. I guess we’re having chicken nuggets for lunch now (not pictured is the fries that were supposed to have extra seasoning but also had no seasoning). I’m not sure why it’s so difficult for fast food places to follow directions that print out on the receipt.

After a very bad experience, actually more than one, have developed a liking for this place. Great food but cashier, Trinity on receipt was one cold fish. Obviously did not want to be working or perhaps just doesn’t like me,,,, nah, that is impossible.
All about great food. Good service in fast food is a bonus but obviously not important to Zaxby’s lol.

Shrink-flation is getting Out Of Hand Zaxby’s. I ordered an order of white cheddar bites and it is HALF what it was 2 months ago. The order is even smaller than the sales pictures. The “reason” given is that it arrives already pre-portioned.

I waited over 50 minutes for my order (family of 4) multiple people waiting said they were waiting 40-50 min for their food. It was kind of busy so id expect to wait a little but for a fast service spot 45+ minutes is ridiculous. The floors were very slippery and a couple older customers needed help getting to their tables. Food was fine, put together very messy but tasted fine. Only food complaint was I had to dump our fountain drinks out a couple times because there were bugs in a couple spouts.

Every time I give this place a chance, they always disappoint me. Current daytime manager (male, 2-16-25 @ 1pm) is horrible. He tries to be friends with the employees, and they run all over him. He supports their horrible attitude and terrible food they prepare and get wrong. The wait time is horrible and the floor is always slippery! I wonder how many slip and fall lawsuits they have. And don’t get me started on the drink machine and bathrooms…

This is by far the worst zaxby’s I ever been too. Rude young staff members and always messing up your order. Twice now in person and one doordash all the same experience. Why would you put 3 dry finger and two burnt toast in a box a service others. Have to do better
