Very good food and plenty. Friendly Service but slow. Although it was worth the wait. Ordered the senior (small) taco plate and husband had the hamburger steak dinner which also included a dinner salad. Would go back again if we are in the area.

Last night someone special to me passed away after fighting cancer for 3 years. So, this morning I didn’t have the energy to cook my kids breakfast and decided to take them for pancakes and a cheeseburger. I definitely couldn’t hide my sadness and we ordered food. The waitress was lovely, she spilled syrup on accident while went to the restroom. Once we sat down again, my kid spilled ranch. I felt like crying again. We cleaned it up. Food was delicious and came in a timely manner. We are getting ready to go and I mention to the waitress that I apologize for the spill and I think the table is cursed, lol. She said it’s okay, and to make your day better, someone paid for your food. I couldn’t believe it. It might not be a big thing but in that moment I know for a fact God was reminding me it’s all part of His plan and my dear friend is no longer suffering. I don’t know what it is about a small town, been here 20 years, good and bad things but in the moment I needed some good vibes, im grateful it happened at Chili Hills. I usually go to the edgewood location but today i decided to go close to home and im glad i did. I always have a pleasant time at Chili Hills and the food is well made. Thank you Moriarty Chili Hills. Its a day I won’t soon forget. Whoever the kind neighbor was, just know it really touches my heart and helps me continue forward because life goes on, God is good and my dear friend would want us to be happy. Thank you.

GREAT New Mexican/Mexican, American, and ethnic food- quality Chili, variety of options and spice levels, and affordable and reasonable prices! The local atmosphere is interesting and charming as well as friendly. We had the green chili cheese enchiladas and green chili beef indian fry bread and both dishes were delicious! 10/10 will recommend and come again!

We had the trio app (fried pickles, mushrooms, onion rings includes homemade ranch ) beef tacos (includes beans and rice on the side) baked potato ( includes pulled beef, bacon, cheese and more). The trio app was really delicious especially with the homemade ranch, the beef tacos had homemade taco that was great but the beef rice and beans really had no flavor (if some spices had been cooked in this would be good), I really liked the potato and you can get different meats inside. Now for the best part of the meal was I had a hog pie (maple pecans, chocolate moose, bacon and a whipped cream top) I will be the first to tell everyone I do not like or eat pie but when I seen bacon I wanted to try, if you visit and they have the hog pie it is a must try because it was the best thing ever. My only regret is I did not order more of the pie to take home with me.

What a gem!! Since the place across the street was closed, we came over here. A blessing! Friendly staff with good character and the food is amazing!
Thanks to the servers recommendation we tried the breakfast burrito. It was not only huge and splittable, it was the most delicious we’d ever had!
I love that they offer smaller portions on many of the menu items, for those with smaller tummies.
Clean with comfy booths, attentive staff and good food. If we lived here, I’d be a regular.

Moriarty, NM location. Right off of I-40, across the street from a truck stop. Chili Hills is not bad for what it is. The food is good, not great. We ordered enchiladas, stuffed sopapillas, and deep fried burritos. All were served with beans and Spanish Rice. Good sized portions. Nothing special. We tried both red and green chillies, again good, not great. Service was good and friendly. Atmosphere left a little to be desired. Was generally clean, just outdated and some of the seating was in need of repair/ replacement.

Great staff very kind fast service and great tasting food placed a carry out order it was ready in 15 mins. They have a wonderful menu selection highly recommend giving them a try will definitely be returning.
