I ordered a lettuce wrap triple steak cheese burger this is the bs they gave me. No cheese no lettuce wrap. Not only that they over charged us. As we waited there was more than one person came in after us ordered and got there food 10 minutes before mine came out. This is insane that’s not cheese that’s mustard in the picture

Our waitress Angel was barely speaking and wasn’t friendly at all. She brought our drinks and came back to get our order and threw dirty napkins on the table and was very rude. When we asked for fry seasoning and sauces she seemed like it was a chore to serve us. She was standing around being very inattentive. We sat without drinks for a long while before she asked if we wanted more drinks. Normally I would highly recommend this place but I hope no one has to be served by Angel. This was terrible service for such a well known restaurant.

When we walked in the restaurant, we were waited on quickly and walked back to our table that was absolutely disgusting. The waitress had a rag in a bucket of water. (Used nasty water) and wiped our table with it. Then she wanted us to sit at a wet table. I asked if she could get something for us to dry the table off. She came back with a napkin and wiped it dry. When we sat down we noticed there were crumbs and food still all over the place. The waitress didn’t like the way I looked at the table I’m assuming because then she refused to come back and get our order for the longest time. When she did eventually come to our table after servicing two other tables that sat down after we did, she had an attitude with me and even stared at me. My daughter has always loved coming here for their shakes and burgers, so this was the only reason we stayed and didn’t leave. The service has gone down hill. And it is completely gross in there. Nothing is properly cleaned and if the part where we are eating at is disgusting and nasty and smells, I just know the back where they cook is even worse.

Why 4 stars? I think the size of the burgers have gotten smaller.

I went here for a little lunch with my family, and we were greeted and seated in a timely manner , once seated our waitress was great very professional had a great memory , she made sure we had everything we needed. I must say the food was fresh and good. I had got the bacon double stack burger combo and wow was it delicious , my baby got her a cheeseburger burger and she ate it all so yes, Y’all must go check them out .

I just arrived from out of town, I stopped here after 3 hour nonstop drive to get dinner. This was my first ever experience with Steak N Shake and it had such potential. I waited in line to place my order, then another 10 minutes on the car in front of me to get their food. I finally get mine and make the short drive back to my hotel and before getting out of the car, I tried one of the fries…it was cold a flavorless, like eating packing peanuts…but whatever I’m hungry so I move on to my “Frisco melt”. It wasn’t cut in half and was barely warm. I got the large combo and a small shake….so I dig out my straw which won’t reach the bottom of my large drink (it’s in my cup in the picture but you wouldn’t know it), which sadly was the best part of my whole meal, because it had that good carbonated burn to it. Then after scarfing down my cold melt (because I’m starving) I quickly move on to my milkshake…what a joke. It was as if it didn’t even contain ice cream at all, just this weird soupy mix of something with cool whip and broken Kit Kats on top. It certainly wasn’t worth the $12.ish I spent or the gas to drive over there. Maybe the night shift was having a bad day, I hope because I don’t know how they’re still in business otherwise. All of this is literally going to be thrown away because it isn’t fit to eat.
