I ordered 4 soft tacos and a lot of mild sauce. My total was $8.87, I gave the employee $20.87, which would leave $12.00 change. I got my food and he only put a small handful of sauce in the bag, so I asked for more. He said that’s all they’re allowed to give out. One packet per item??? Seriously??? Obviously I was bothered by this and questioned it, which irritated me more finding out management tells them to o do that, so I left. He never gave me my change, which I didn’t realize until I was sitting at a gas station badly needing gas, opened my wallet and I only had $6, when I should’ve had $18. This Taco Bell sucks! Would definitely NOT recommend.

I’ve been frequenting Taco Bell for 18 years and my experience tonight at the drive-thru was my favorite experience. The young man running the window tonight was fun, engaging, and gave me an accurate order. Food was good too! Kudos to the whole staff tonight!

Food was missing food was prepared completely incorrectly, called up once I actually look at my order I realized I’ve been had. I called up angry and only got more angry when they kept forwarding my calls to voicemail. I finally got them to answer they told me to “pull up” yeah I did of course they didn’t have the same energy when I did and a different location gave me my refund and new food.

I arrived at Taco Bell and decided to go inside and order.. I put my order in at 5:39 . I ordered a Enchirito and Taco fries . It was my first time having the taco fries.. so when I got them I was really surprised there were only like seven or eight fries in the little box. . I said there’s not even 10 fries in here she said ma’am I put all that would fit . I politely said back ma’am I don’t think so. The male server took the the fries and the lady put more in it. She didn’t seem too happy. My biggest mistake is I did not look in the bag and see what my Enchirito looked like . I have attached a picture. My order was not completed until 5:58 .

The new hire is the only one who showed any kind of professionalism. I asked for the new avocado salsa and I expected to pay for it the high price of .28 cents for not even a table spoon of salsa lol. She wouldn’t hand me my change. She slapped it on the table. I stared until she handed it to me like I politely handed it to her. She finally handed me my change. Then stared at me. Not wanted to give me the salsa lmao. I had to say “can I please have it.” She went back to making food and talked about me on a different language. I gladly stared at them with a smile during their conversation. Super rude lol also humorous
