The store is always so dirty. The employee’s seem to be there only to collect a paycheck. This is not what a traditional Wendy’s is supposed to be like. To top it off, I didn’t even finish all my order and felt sick the rest of the evening. Do better people!

Wendy’s — Because Standards Still Exist
After years of playing Order Roulette with the golden-arched establishment (will it be right? wrong? or spiritually incorrect?), I finally remembered Wendy’s exists — and wow. What a concept: hot food, made correctly, by people who don’t look personally offended that I ordered it.
The burger actually looked like the picture. The fries were hot, not archaeological artifacts. And nobody sighed at me like I ruined their day by existing. Absolute luxury.
Meanwhile, somewhere nearby, the Golden Arches are still asking, “You wanted cheese on that?” after you already paid, waited, and aged three years.
Wendy’s didn’t mess up my order, didn’t argue with me, and didn’t appoint a “manager” whose main skill is attitude. 10/10. I’ve officially retired from McDisappointment and joined Team Square Patty.

Dining room closed, couldn’t get in. Employees wouldn’t take order with us not in a truck but our truck had a trailer and won’t make it. Its 20 degrees out. Put a sign on your door so I don’t waste 5 minutes knocking trying to get something warm to eat. Went to DQ instead. Do better wendys

Try to get a frosty and hour before close and informed the machine is closed for cleaning for the night. You are open til midnight. Frostys are a popular item. Should be available until close, unless you want to be a running joke like McDonald’s. Edit.. apparently they shut the frosty machine down at 10 p.m. a full 2 hours before closing. Maybe hire less lazy employees

If I could give zero stars, I would the chicken sandwich was like beef jerky. The pickles on the sandwich were thicker than the actual chicken. It was so thin and dried, and the breading was really dark because the oil was so old it tasted bitter I couldn’t even stomach more than two bites

Went to pick up an online order that was placed on the app at 730 and couldn’t access the drive thru to pick it up , there was a delivery truck blocking it , so I went to try and and go inside to pick it up and was stopped at the door saying the lobby was closed ? Why have the app on ? I understand needing to close the early ? But then why not turn your app off as well ? Seems super inconsiderate
