Chicken was no goo had a film on it. It was like beef jerky but with chicken. They got over on us I paid for it and was hungry so I ate it dry with a dry biscuit. Im really pissed off. You’ve been warned but I left this here to remind myself. Fastop is right down the street.

Register lady was outstanding as we were going to leave due to seafood allergy and they use the same grease for fries and fish but she said she could have them use the chicken grease for us. The cook lady was horrible as she argued with her and didn’t want to do it.

I generally like Roy Roger’s… this one meets expectations… restaurant was clean. Food was good and fresh.. I’m a fan of their strawberry shakes because Roy’s uses real strawberries … I also like the fixings bar that Roy’s has …would definitely come back… not a huge fan of their fries but recommend their fried chicken, roast beef and strawberry shakes

I came through the drive thru today and asked for the same thing I ALWAYS get….a bacon cheeseburger with a tomato only fixing cup and a medium fry. When I got to the window I was told “we dont usually do that for a fixin cup cuz then we have to go get it from the front lobby” are you serious? Yall want 15/20 bucks an hour and THIS is why no one wanted yall to have it. I am allergic to onion, so I ALWAYS get a tomato only cup. It’s never been a problem. I wont be back.

This is what I got and have complained but have heard nothing. I love Roy’s and drive across the bridge just to go there. I go specially for the fried chicken but it’s always over cooked and dry. But I can tell you the food quality has gone downhill in the last year. If they put the effort into the food as they do cleaning, it would nice.

I came here because they had good reviews and I was right. The was great just like I asked extra crispy for my fish sandwich and extra crispy on my onion rings. The customer service was great Tyrone and Morgan were great .

Like always I buy their overpriced food and they either mess up my order or forget half of it. Today they decided to hand out bacon egg and cheese biscuits with no egg or cheese on it. When I called I got the same drive all the way back down here and we’ll try to make it right. Yeah right. When I asked the so called manager when the owner would be there he almost laughed and said he doesn’t ever come here. Well I guess that’s why this location has gotten so bad. You get what you hire and then there’s no one in charge that cares to at least make sure the customers that are willing to pay for this overpriced food at least get what they asked for. Been coming to this location weekly for over 30 years but never again will I step foot on that property!

7/13/25 8ish pm, I ordered a fish sandwich meal for my son, they tried to talk me out of it bc it takes 5 mins. I ordered roast beef for myself. Its in the trash after one bite bc the majority of it is FAT . They need new managers and cooks immediately! We have 1 Roy Rogers left around here and yall ruin it
