got a 10 pc mcnugget meal and a cheese burger with it after going on 20 minutes over 5 of that 20 min. at the window a man gets handed my food and he asks is the cheese burger in the bag they reply with a yeah he asks thoroughly is the bbq sauce in there yes i get home got a ten piece a cheese Burger and thats all oh and my cold fries no sauce no napkins .1 i can fix 99.9 % of most things but that employee that represents the McDonald’s franchise is the .1 that cant be fixed to everyone in the food secice industry if you dont like you job that just quit because staying and half assing the job is truely an inconvenience to all of us costumer’s

Drive thru today. Highly disappointed at this point and will address when im back in town tomorrow. Ordered my food got all the way home to eat bit into my burger…it looked pink…then i took it apart and it was absolutely raw. Being 13 days post op i just wanted something quick bad choice. Raw meat not conducive for me.

I went and ordered the Ranch and Spicy snack wraps and they only gave me the ranch one. We weren’t charged for both but it was all because the girl was paying no attention to what we were saying. Then I had two medium fries which i paid for both and they gave me one. The girl was rude when i asked for my other one and I asked for a ranch and she said she “wasn’t allowed.” I feel like all that food I could have gotten one ranch. Very rude and not good workers at all.

The service here absolutely sucks. Every time I come I get a caramel frappe with 2x caramel add oreos 2x. Every single time I get it it’s wrong. They either forget the Oreo or the extra syrup or both. I pay 30 cents for the sauce and 98 cents for the Oreos and don’t even get what I pay for. I order mobile every single time so I don’t understand the issue. If it’s a problem every day with the same employees why is it still a problem? This time they pulled me up for 15 minutes waiting on this frappe just for me to go inside for it and see it sitting on the counter melting.

9 out of 10 times I come here they never make the fries fresh when I ask. I have even asked if they were made fresh when they hand me the bag which they say yes, but the fries are definitely not fresh. I can understand it happening occasionally as I used to work as a manager for McDonald and mistakes happen but almost every single time is just ridiculous.

Worst McDonald’s location ever
Have you been to those McDonald’s drive-thrus where they have long lines and the cars are constantly moving through. You are immediately greeted and your order is taken and you are in the flow in and out within a few minutes. Well that will not be your experience at this McDonald’s. They have the perpetual pause button on orders.
Came here for fast food on a Sunday morning. Was doing great until I arrived here. Not that many cars in line yet you had to sit at the order platform in silence for at least five solid minutes before being greeted.
Literally every car pulling up to place an order was Sitting in silence for at least 5 minutes. The weight was so long to place an order that there were no cars between the ordering platform and the pickup window. Why????
Once you get to the window it’s sit in silence for another 5 minutes. Or you might be asked to pull up and wait for your order at the next window. It took me 15 minutes with only two cars ahead of me to get a hot cakes and a Mcgriddle and two drinks. That is ludicrous!
Either these people don’t know how to hustle or the manager doesn’t have enough employees to fill the orders to make the hustle and keep customers and make this location rock. What a shame. Don’t go to this McDonald’s. Guarantee you will leave frustrated

They mess up orders, and when you call to explain, they never answer the phone. Pickles do not belong in a deluxe McCrispy. I ordered that sandwich because it doesn’t have pickles on it, and to receive a sandwich that should not have pickles on it, and then you get it and it does have pickles, means the employee does not even know the menu for the store they work at. Do better. I reported to McDonald’s customer service phone number, and HR made it right on behalf of the store. Simply picking up the store phone could have resolved this issue, but going through hoops means I will no longer use this store after this experience.

The is the worst mcdonalds on the coast. Go to Walmart mcdonalds before here… you’ll wait in line longer than it takes a normal restaraunt to seat you cook and deliver food for you, it’ll come out cold when you finally do get it and if its even what you ordered. Mcdonalds chain should really send someone down and straighten this place out.

Kiyah (if I’m spelling that correctly) is HIGHLY professional, that girl deserves a raise. I got a bunch of kids so I got a busy order going on a lot of people get annoyed by our order quick but Kiyah had it! She was so sweet and genuine and held a smile the entire time. Girl if you see this you’re going places in life. Food was hot fresh and the other staff were quick and amazing as well.

Always freezing in the dining area children get very uncomfortable and food gets cold fast. Mostly clean and it is mostly self serve.
