We like to say that we are INTERNATIONAL VEGAN RESTAURANT. That means our food is 100% plant based and GLOBALLY INSPIRED. We have a few American classics like homemade veggie burgers, mac and cheese and of course Nachos. However, we also have plenty of healthy options. Our Kitchen Manager specializes in creating comfort dishes from different cultures by making food that is hearty and flavorful, but still healthy. Many food items will have a focus on plants, rather than trying to mimic meat. Reading our menu is like traveling the globe with the different options we have. Have a taste of Mediterranean, Middle East, Asia, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Italy, Balkans and so much more! Enjoy!

It was nice that they offered their brunch menu and their full regular menu. I appreciate how many unique options there are (and of course all plant based).
The rosemary potatoes were a highlight. We also enjoyed the breakfast burrito. Portions were a nice size as well.

Best cauliflower wings I’ve ever had. They were well seasoned, he breading was light, and they weren’t too greasy. The salad I ordered was pretty decent, too — much larger than photos and very filling, although it could have been seasoned more to add liven up the flavor. The space was large and cool looking, and the service was really fast and friendly.

Disappointing experience. I live in Chicago where there are some very good vegan places. This place doesn’t really compare. I ordered a southern supper, oyster mushroom wrap, pina colada mocktail and a lacroix. Pros: The southern supper comes with a variety of items so you really have the opportunity to sample a lot of what’s on their menu opposed to purchasing ala carte. The pina colada tasted like a pineapple smoothie but was good. The kale is good. Cons: overpriced for what you get and quality. I paid 77 dollars which included a 12 dollar tip. My son did not eat his food. He normally loves fried cauliflower but these were really tasteless. Also, it was disappointing that they didn’t have a specialty sauce. That would have made the dish more enjoyable. You get ketchup, barbecue sauce and ranch. I had the oyster mushroom wrap which is one of their popular items. It was not good. It was also very dry and lacked freshness. I received no sauce on it or on the side. Missed opportunity. This wrap has potential but just really fell flat in terms of taste and expectations. The fries and Mac n cheese bites were also disappointing. Other issues were the wait time. There was only one server and they were not busy. Additionally, we never got utensils or napkins. Again, very disappointing.

My partner and I made our first visit to Kale My Name on a Sunday afternoon and couldn’t have been happier with our experience! There are so many enticing items to choose from, and they’re also very accommodating with customization options! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, the food was delicious and the experience overall was great. Will be returning!

Really tasty highly recommended. Jack fruit wrap was filling and has my tastebuds wanting to go back! Service was top notch. Ambiance was nice. Food was beyond delicious. The greek fries are a must! Seated, ordered and got my drink and food with fast, amazing, unrushed service. Tea was scrumptious, clean ingredients. Everything I had tasted amazing. Make sure to donate to them, they are giving free meals away everyday from 3-5pm while snap is shut down.

I came for the kale and stayed for everything else. The food is fresh, flavorful, and so good you forget it is vegan. Even the comfort food tastes like it is breaking a few healthy rules.
