Food was sub par i got a few fries but sandwich was good. Some girl took our order and was rude to every single one of us four, she was rushing our order and was looking unwell, she was fanning herself with the pop up menu. Thus lady was also nodding her head down in dismay every time we ordered and bumping her chest. She has blue and purple shorter hair and would not tell us her name. Nick on the other hand was great. Will be using the kiosk to order nextime, if there is a next time.

I always have a wonderful experience here. I come by the drive-thru on my lunch break once or twice a month and every time am met with great service and food. Today I was helped by Ben and Yoterrio who were efficient and friendly, as have been every single other employee I’ve interacted with over the past couple years. Food is always hot and order is accurate. Love coming here for the delicious food but the people are what makes this place really stand out.

So…. Let me just start by saying I’m a dasher. Sometime yesterday I picked up an order from here. You can see the food through the box. The food smelled and looked pretty good. I never heard or been to this place before and decided to try it when I was done dashing. Around quarter to 9 I stoped in and ordered a tender platter with fries and toast. They handed me the food in under 2 min. When I looked at the food it was horrible. The chicken was hours old with sauce splattered on top. I don’t know what the fries were like but they gave me separate boxes for my food and no toast. I looked at that food and immediately asked for my money back. I would have rather have been told they were closed than to take the last of my money and be fed like a dog, now I have to wait for a refund for God knows how long. That was my last $20. I had enough for food and gas. Needless to say I didn’t eat. There are peoples struggling and you have business like this taking your hard earned money and giving you anything just to make sales. Shame on you and the female manager that worked that night. Who proceeded to tell me the fryers were off. Yeah! Because your closed! At 8:45 when closing is at 9. You should’ve just been honest.

First time trying PDQ by delivery. The spicy chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious flavorful and spicy. My strawberry shake was really good also and it had a lot of large pieces of real strawberries in it. I took away a star because of the waffle fries. They were tasteless tough and undercooked. I will order from this restaurant again but will stay clear of ordering the waffle fries

Food was good but the person I ordered from could not be bothered to greet me when I pulled up. I asked to include a receipt and as they shut the window on me, they mumbled “it’ll be in the bag” (guess what, it wasn’t). Food was OK but my drink was completely lacked syrup and was bitter as hell. It’s clear there is poor training and lack of care at this location.

At around 1pm today I was at the 4th Street PDQ in St Pete and this is a place I frequent at least 2-3 times a month…..let’s be honest……sometimes more. The young man taking orders at the first window is a blessing. He is ALWAYS kind, generous with a smile, quick with a laugh, and always reminds me that everything is “Alright alright”. I’m a PDQ lover at baseline. Everyone should be……have you tasted this chicken? Having employees like this one reminds me what customer service should look like. Thank you sir for blessing my day and bringing me joy each time I buy some delicious chicken.

Tenders were hot, crispy and juicy and we tried all the sauces. Creamy garlic, sweet Siracha, ranch, honey mustard and buffalo bleu were all amazing.
We ordered online and our food was hot and ready for us when we arrived less than 10 minutes later.

Pretty good spot for the area. It’s not all dumped up like some of the other restaurants in the area. Usually the type of crowd is part of the issue in the area restaurants. It’s not usually to bad in this location. Though the area is duechy and as a result like anywhere around here it has its days. Staff is usually pretty polite. And they are very efficient. And it’s usually pretty clean inside. I’ll give it a 5 star for what it is it’s not a problematic place. And it’s good clean and fresh . Nothing outrageous just clean food and time. And that was yesterday! Today 6/29/2024! I got this when I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal! Included in pictures. It looks like a Fat chick slapped it together between her Rotunda Dome Butt Cheeks! So I had to lower my ranking of this particular location. I won’t be to harsh but out of 4 visits so far the average is a little lower then this. It must be a staff related issue with certain staff on certain days. But again it is a dumpy. Area. You’ll notice by the way people in the area drive and have general lack of respect for others. I guess some has spilled into this location as well. 3 stars now for overall visits. That doesn’t look like people dedicated to quality though. Notice no lettuce or tomato. You know the stuff i got charged for. I’ll update again if or when I go back.

Every time I come here the staff is very polite. The gentleman Teddy is very knowledgeable on your menu. And helpful on recommendations. Brandon is always cheerful when handing me my order. I love coming to PDQ. I wish they had one where I’m from.

We’ve received awesome food the last three times we have come. Everything has been hot and made to order with no issues. Fries can be heavily salted, so you may want to ask for light salt. Zucchini fries are a great substitute.
