This is the best Wendy’s ever!!! Straight old school vibes and the customer service is AMAZING!!! Idk who was working the window and the grill on January 27th who hooked me up with the best and cheesiest potato ever, BUT THEY NEED A RAISE! 10/10 love this place!!!! Staff alone makes it amazing but the store itself brings back 90s vibes and it’s worth that alone!

• Napkins, straws, utensils require asking a worker for the items. There are no soda refills here (aww). This place feels mildly uncomfortable to sit in, both due to atmosphere and the seating…

It’s not unbearable, but I feel weird. +I am heat sensitive and it is awkwardly warm in here
Food:
• The food is consistently good; my mom’s taken me here several times, and this is my first time coming here in-person to eat (hence my hesitance to post a review up until now).
★ I got the, uh, chicken BLT biggie bag (medium) and a large oreo brownie frosty (i am gluttonous). It totaled approx. 12 dollars and 30-something cents, I’m pretty sure. I’ll post pictures. Hashtag yummy
TL;DR would not recommend eating in simply because the vibes are off, but I WOULD suggest getting food from here hashtag yummy

No matter what time of day you go, the food is either cold or warm. You’re at the speaker for at least 5-10 minutes before you can order. I ordered French toast sticks and they gave me slice up bread. They ran out of orange juice.

horrible horrible horrible is all I can say , being I work fast food and as a assistant general manager in fast food this place is by far the most unprofessional ran down store ! looks to me all the employees need retraining I waited 15 minutes to order didn’t have tea , don’t have this & that ok I get it , it happens but to spend $40 to get burnt food , ( hard as a rock) food made incorrectly is just DISGUSTING.

The service is slow every time I go. The carpet inside the store smells like mold and has for a while. The one redeeming quality is that the food is the same as any other wendys, which is the only reason I ever went but if they cant fix the fast part of the “fast” food, it wont be worth it anymore, which is a shame because I like the wendys brand.

I ordered a Parmesan Caesar Salad from this Wendy’s today, and it was disgusting. The salad was expired, had a bad smell, and the chicken was cold. On top of that, the manager had a terrible attitude toward both employees and drive-thru customers. I will never return to this location.

This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s and fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. And this is consistently not just one time this last time was just the last time I’ll ever try. I am convinced that the only reason they’re still open is because they’re one of only two restaurants on Mayport Road that have a drive-through. It’s the only reason I ever go. Tonight I waited eight minutes for my order when they brought it to me. It was wrong so I went back inside and the two gentleman cooking. The food, laughed at me because there was no one at the counter. When they finally got someone to come to the counter, I let them know that I just wanted what I ordered. There’s no apology and no rush and to be honest the restaurant is dirty. The manager came out and said nothing although I didn’t really complain to anyone cause what good would that have done. Drive 10 minutes to somewhere else or just go to Arby’s

The staff has gotten significantly friendlier than they were about a year ago. It seems like there is high turnover but the team they are working with now is pretty nice. The drive thru in general at this location is the absolute bane of my existence though. It is common to wait several minutes at the speaker just for someone to take your order. Ordering online doesn’t help much either because after all of that waiting I still usually have to park and wait longer for my food. But again, the staff is much nicer though, so they are making progress.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Today is just another example and now we’ll never be back. Did a mobile order and waited 25 mins after being told to wait. Then the door was locked so no one else could enter the building, the staff is MISERABLE AND RUDE. Meanwhile there people inside eating and hanging out but leaving everyone in the inside to eat and take orders through the drive through.

I have been going here for years. And at one point in time I had the best review about the staff and atmosphere but tonight I went there and I seen a totally different staff than has been there recently and they were all over the place. Very disorganized and rude… The food was stale and they didn’t give me my sauce for my order. Wendy’s, y’all have been in the same spot since I was a little girl! Some 35 years… The staff you put in is not showing the hard work that has kept you in service for all those years!!
