Will never take anyone here again.
I went tonight and the workers were rude while I was trying to order my bfs food in the drive thru and asked them if the chicken contained milk or eggs cause I have severe allergy’s and she saying it’s made with fillet with an attitude and I figure she just couldn’t hear so I asked again at the window and her an the manager said it doesn’t contain milk or eggs but them having an attitude made me not believe them and they never went to check they box for ingredients like everyone else n my bf googled it after n im definitely allergic so they could have killed me cause they didn’t wanna go look at a box

I really hope one day fast food restaurants start holding their staff to a higher standard. They are just so rude & nasty. I asked for four spicy wings…I knew by the box being heavy that wasn’t correct so I backed up to tell the cashier….instead of taking the box because clearly I looked she smartly asked “well what is it?!” to that I replied “Its not 4 wings.” Everyone from the cashier, the lady taking orders and the lady preparing the order had a stank attitude when it wasn’t communicated that they were out in the first place. It’s not about the meal. It’s about the terrible customer service. Ya’ll literally don’t have to be there and can find another job. We don’t know what each other has been through or going through which is why I decided against being rude back. However, whatever you may be going through is never an excuse to treat customers poorly and like an inconvenience. And word of advice EVERY job is of importance its not “just Popeyes” everyone on the team makes a company successful. So hold yourself to better standards & make your company look good. If you want better and more for yourselves and your family. It start where you are. Ya’ll will get no where far with those very poor attitudes.

Garbage service every time I go. After tonight, im not going back. They mess up the order every time, and when I try to tell them they rang it up wrong, they act rude and usually don’t fix it.
To the owner, I would look into the A.I. order takers i see at some drive thrus these days. It sucks that a.i. is taking people’s jobs, but when i see how consistently bad peopleare at their jobs and how little they care if they mess up someone elses dinner (like at this location), i get it. At this location, I have gone out of my way to simplify my orders so they have less of a chance if screwing it up, but they still screw it up. It would be nice to not have to deal with the bad attitudes either.

The employee that took our order is extremely rude. I think her name is J. She didn’t speak to us when she took our order other than to tell me they don’t have a promotional item I wanted and to tell us our total. She slammed our cups on the counter very rudely. I asked for ketchup and she told me they didn’t have any. There is NEVER ice in the drink dispenser so when my husband asked her for ice in our cups she told him “wait a minute”. The food is always great. The service is always terrible when dealing with that particular employee. My husband loves popeyes but we will not visit that location again because of that one bad attitude

Made a mobile order on 2/25/2026 around 757pm went to pick up my food at 810pm waiting in line with 3 cars a head of me cars started moving no one answered. Said hello into the mic and the lady said we just pulled up when we had been there for 5 minutes. She asked for my name kept saying Dakota when my name is Kiara after 10 minutes of giving my name she said our food wasn’t ready we had to come in. Out of fear of my order being messed with we left. Contacted support for a refund and have yet to get an answer.

Chicken has been consistently nasty. Real fatty wings and rubbery feel. The beans and rice is watery and rice is over cooked. Check your order BEFORE you drive off because the chicken may not be fully cooked let alone fried.

If I could give the services zero stars I would. I tried to return an order of overcooked chewy chicken breasts. After asking the employees not to put any breast in my box. They repeated it back to me and still put breasts in my box and the chicken was overcooked. It looked like something someone made at their own kitchen. I’ve never even seen Popeyes look this bad. And I went back in the next day to talk to the manager. She was very nasty very angry and very rude. She treated me as though I was trying to get over on her over three pieces of chicken… Even though I had a large amount of money on me.. She still treated me like I was a bum off the streets. I will no longer spend not one single dollar at this location for Popeyes. It’s the third time this year I was treated very rudely by their management.

Today I got two peas leg and thought biscuit with coleslaw and it was all good I cannot complain I also got the banana cake today and that was so good it was more than good it was delicious I wanted another one but I was at home eating I couldn’t go get another one. But I had to say the food was great a couple days ago I went to a different franchise and I was so upset because of food was not good so thank you Popeyes for making me happy today

I get a messed up order almost every time I come even when I came to get the correct items they still bring me the wrong items . Side dishes are not full. Attitudes are big. No one comprehends anything. I hate to say this cause I love Popeyes I am done. Order after order wrong just can not get it right. All the employees go to the liquor store at this location so no wonder they never get my order right. Asked for blackens tenders btw. Did not eat any of the sides that’s how they came
