The cake was incredibly light, moist, and perfectly sweet—not too sugary, just the right balance. Every bite left us wanting seconds (and maybe even thirds!). It was the perfect dessert to cap off a special celebration. Highly recommend for any occasion!
I had a very disappointing experience at this bakery.
First, the service was unwelcoming and felt discriminatory. The staff’s attitude toward me was noticeably worse than toward other customers, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
Second, the product quality was not acceptable. The “cream” used on the cake was not real dairy cream or even proper plant-based cream. It tasted like cheap sugar frosting, which was misleading given the price and how the product was presented. This should be clearly disclosed to customers.
Between the poor service and the low-quality ingredients, this place did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend it, and I hope management seriously reviews both staff behavior and ingredient transparency.
We paid over $200 for a birthday cake and clearly specified strawberry cake. What we received was made with the wrong cream and had ZERO strawberries. This completely ruined an important birthday celebration.
When we returned with photo evidence to request compensation, the response was shocking:
• The owner walked away the moment hearing we were asking for compensation.
• The manager told us we had only two options:
a $16 store credit (no refund, no cash) or just LEAVE WITH NOTHING.
For a $200+ order that was entirely wrong, this level of service was shocking and insulting. The dismissive tone and lack of basic respect made the situation even worse, and the way we were treated felt uncomfortable and biased.
For the same price, Costco or any supermarket offers better cakes, better service, and basic accountability.
Save your money. Don’t come here.
Honestly, you can get a better cake at Walmart for a fraction of the price. Don’t waste your time or money here.
