Updated cuz it’s my obligation as a professional foodie to put people on. Y’all if they had a hidden video they woulda won AFV for best seated soul dance. This Mediterranean omelet was the best omelet I’ve ever had! (I usually prefer skillets or biscuits and gravy) Then Alisa checked on me and TKO: Finish Her!!!! She suggested salsa with it. It was a spiritual experience, and all of Heaven’s angels rejoiced.

Your RIGHTS are right: friendly, fast, large portions, hot, with great pricing. That said I’d definitely come back to try something else because I thought it was a little bland. It could be because I’m used to more sausage in my sausage gravy.

Tonight, we decided to order DoorDash. Terry, you were amazing—but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. After getting everyone settled, I finally sat down to enjoy my fish and chips. At first glance, the meal looked great. I ate the first piece of fish without issue, but two bites into the second, I made a disturbing discovery. Breaking it open further—after a quick trip to the bathroom to vomit—I found multiple worms inside.

I immediately called the restaurant to report the issue. The manager was unavailable, and I was told to call back in ten minutes. Instead, I chose to get dressed and drive into town to show the owner, Sergio, what I had found.

Sergio was polite. He refunded my order and even offered to make me something else, which I declined. He explained that the restaurant sources its food from US Foods, meaning he has little control over the quality of the fillets before they arrive. The fish is cut, breaded, and inspected by the cooks, who are instructed to discard anything not up to standard.

While I understand that contaminated fish, if cooked properly, should not pose a health risk, finding more than six worms in my meal—plus who knows how many in the first piece I already ate—does not inspire confidence. It raises serious concerns about whether the fish was adequately inspected or cooked to a safe temperature.

I hate that this happened, as my past experiences with this restaurant have been positive. However, I’ve never encountered worms in cooked fish at any other establishment. This is not an attack on the employees or the owner, but simply a warning to be cautious about what you order and where you order it from.

Now, I’m off to research parasite cleanses.

I will not be eating here again.

We have ate her several times for breakfast and generally were pleased with the service and food.
Tonight we decided to come in for dinner. This was around 4:30 and they were not busy. Maybe 10 people. I seen 3 waitress and at least 3 cooks. While waiting for our order I noticed 3 other people that came in after us had already received their food.
We received 3 out of 4 meals and were told they missed my kids meal so it was being prepared ( finally got it when we were half done eating)

Two of my kids ordered breakfast. Over all it was OK other than the sausage gravy tasted wierd.
My other kid ordered the “kids spaghetti and meat sauce” Now I understand prices are going up but seriously $13 for a small plate of mostly noodles and some tomato sauce is crazy!
I ordered a chicken fried steak meal with mashed potatoes and soup ($19)
The potatoes were cold so I asked for a replacment and the waitress brought me out mashed potatoes with sausage gravy ( which should have been regular country gravy)
The chicken fried steak was a pre cooked frozen patty from the taste of it.
Over all I was very disappointed with the food and service.

We were seated immediately, no wait time, which was a pleasant surprise. The ambiance was incredibly cozy, with warm lighting and comfortable seating that made the dreary weather outside fade away. I ordered the meat skillet, and wow—what a feast! The portion was massive, easily enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetite, and every bite was packed with delicious, savory flavors. Our waitress was exceptional, attentively keeping our drinks topped off and checking in with genuine warmth. The service felt personal, never rushed, which added to the welcoming vibe. After eating, we lingered to chat, and the staff made us feel right at home, like we were catching up at a friend’s house. There was a hair in my wife’s plate attached to a toothpick. The bottom of our dishes weren’t clean and covered in gravy. I tried to tell the waitress discreetly but she didn’t care or offer to fix it. We are easy going people who just wanted a nice family meal. Disappointed in food and service. We won’t come here again.

The food was disgusting the hashbrowns weren’t even cooked all the way through, the hamburger was way overcooked and dry, the Denver omelet was dry…. Had to wait 15mins to get served, then had to wait another 15 mins after we ate to get the bill, they never came by to pick up plates.. won’t be back

This was my second visit, having visited a year ago in June, and it tasted just like the first time. It’s a good choice if you’re passing by, so I hope you stop by if you’re on your way. However, the booth is a bit narrow, so it may feel cramped for larger people. Please note that it is closed in winter. The outside looks clean because the building itself has been remodeled, but the interior is the same.

Server was nice. Did a to-go order was told 15 mins waited 30+ no biggie. Paid $58. Got chili cheese fries with old tasting chili, a steak Philly with hardly any steak, just onions and bell peppers on stale hard bread. Milkshake was completely melted. Ranch tasted spoiled. Banana cream pie was good.
