Thank you Roosevelt and crew. I was delighted for sure. I had recently visited another Taco Bell in our town. I waited 38 inside at the counter to receive a the wrong food. 2 soft tacos. Both wrong. So they you thyy offered to redo them. 15 minutes later they were still wrong. They fountaion drinks tasted terrible.
So I had remembered someone had brought me e.main taco bell food an earlier day. Perfectly fresh, crisp veggies. Presented perfect as take out can be. Very fast, courtious and professional for fast food. I was not able to find anything that could have been improved on. It will now be my frequent stop even though it’s all the way across town.

Don’t even bother getting cinnamon twist from here! I couldn’t even begin to tell you the amount of money I’ve wasted hoping for an edible outcome! With a 6 person family, that loves when cinnamon twist are done right, that adds up!

I hope Taco Bell leadership sees this and recognizes this stores employees! We went around 9pm and the two girls were so extremely polite and actually sweet. Our food wasn’t ready and we waited for a bit but to see the entire crew work so well together, so calmly together, was so refreshing. I honestly did not mind the wait. I wish all young people had the work ethic, to take pride in their job, that these young people do. Nothing they did was sloppy yet they maintained urgency and production. I loved this trip out!

I went thorough the drive thru tonight, 1st complaint it took over 10 minutes for someone to take my order, a bean burrito and steak quesadilla, wait time after that was minimal but 2nd complaint my food was disgusting – bean burrito literally had NOTHING but beans in it and it was cold, steak quesadilla was cold , cheese wasn’t melted and there were random pieces of tomato in it???
I’m not sure what going on here but I have noticed a decline in service and quality and will be taking my business else where.

All of the food we got was stale. The cheese sauce was cold and super Liquidy like they diluted it with water. It was disgusting and these was only enough cheese to cover the bottom of the cup. Our tacos were cold, not even room temperature. Employees were not very nice either and acted like they couldn’t understand what I was trying to order and kept getting it wrong. I wish I could get my money back because the food was all wasted.
