I was really disappointed with my recent order. The burger looked fine on the outside, but when I bit into it, the inside was completely undercooked. It wasn’t just slightly pink, it was raw in the middle. That’s a serious food safety concern and definitely not what you expect when ordering a burger. Hopefully the restaurant addresses this issue, because serving undercooked food can be dangerous.

Today was my first time ever coming here and I will definitely be coming back! The Hamburgao with picanha was amazing, definitely a little messy, but totally worth it! The inside was really clean and the ladies were very friendly. Definitely don’t let the location stop you from checking it out, best $12 burger you’ll ever spend!

This used to be my favorite restaurant to visit in Newark. However, I feel compelled to write this review because it’s sad to see good restaurants decline due to the way their employees treat customers. I asked for (1) extra salsa and returned all the ketchup to exchange for the (1) additional salsa. The employee there was rude and refused, even after he had already taken back the ones I returned. When I opened my food, I found the hamburger was undercooked and the fries were cold. I recorded a video of the employees to show the owner why customers are not returning, not to shame the restaurant. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to see how your employees are treating your customers.

Manager commits fraud. Be careful & check your receipt because the manager regularly adds up to 40% tips to orders & will not give you a receipt in hopes you don’t notice. Disgusting. Was told it was a “fee to dine in” despite him adding it himself without my knowledge after my initial receipt was given without that charge. SCAMMERS.

I had a sandwich which was similar to a cheese tudo, a popular burger in Brazil with egg, ham, cheese, bacon, shoestring potatoes and a few other ingredients but the one I had was with a steak instead of a burger and it was pretty tasty and the size was decent. For desert I had a carrot cake in a cup with melted brigadeiro which is a type of Brazilian chocolate and it was also good.
I ordered over the phone and picked up my order 15 mins later. The sandwich was $12 and it included a soda can. It was Friday’s special. Each day of the week there’s a different special (see photo of the menu). The cake was around $3.50.
The restaurant has many tables if you want to dine in but it’s in a busy area near Ferry st so good luck finding parking!

Had an amazing burger here that immediately as I bit into it I wanted a second! I started off with the California beef (has a pineapple on it) and next time I’ll be getting the regular #1 as it has corn and potato sticks on it which also tasted amazing

We tried it for the first time, we ordered the Beef Hamburger, comes with grilled steak, tomate, mozzarella cheese, roman lettuce, some kind of bread which is really good, everything tasted healthy. They have pink sauce for your desire. I liked a lot.

I came to this location after visiting the Kearny location and the quality is absolutely night and day different. In Kearny you receive a fresh ground smash burger that is very greasy, with warmed ingredients/bun. In Ironbound Newark you’re served a frozen patty that is not only lacking in quality to the Kearny patty, but invariably is less than half of the size and I mean it. The ingredients on the burger taste cold and stale. The vibe with the staff giggling and laughing dicking around was a bit off for sure too, but my server was awesome and kind.
I had an egg burger with no lettuce ($11) a cappucino $4 and a buttered roll $2 and I walked 3 miles to try their food hoping for a nice bombass burger with fries like I had had at Kearny. Honestly shocked the reviews at Newark show a .3 increase over Kearny Hamburgao and the fact they’re the same restaurant chain baffles me the same. The $2 buttered roll was really delicious and fresh. I ate 1/3 of my burger and left the rest with a short note on my receipt for the staff.
I’ll gladly change my review to reflect their quality again if their food improves.

Best burgers in town. In my opinion of course. I’ve been there many times and still enjoy the burgers and coxinhas as the first day.
