Waisted $42 on food we didn’t eat. They told us to wait we waited 10 minutes when we were the only customers. My husband went in and they handed him our already ready food that was sitting there. The guy said they didn’t clean the night before, the amount of grease all over was disgusting. We threw the food away because of how disgusting the establishment was and didn’t want to deal with a refund because the workers seemed incompetent.

We we’re very excited to have a Wendy’s.Next to our hotel this restaurants, is one of our favorite restaurants. We really enjoyed the drive through workers’ voice, It was very pleasant. Even after we asked for extra condiments, he made a joke. When we got to the window. It was very quick service and the worker was nice to look at. When we arrived back with our food to our hotel, ( the american inn next door see our review on that), our food was hot and drinks were cold. We were very, very, very sad that we received no condiments………… Even after making jokes with us in the drive through. It’s very hard to eat extremely salty fries with no ketchup, especially when you’re in a hotel. This one hundred percent made us not want to go back to this.Wendy’s ever again. But the strawberry lemonade was bussin, as always!

Wendy’s is one of my go-to fast food spots when I want something quick but still tasty. The burgers actually taste fresh, the fries are crispy (especially dipped in a Frosty), and the menu has a good mix of classics and fun options. The prices are fair, the portions are filling, and most locations are pretty consistent. Overall, it’s a solid choice when you want reliable fast food without feeling totally disappointed afterward.

Stopped at the drive-thru on the way to the airport. Employees were fast and friendly even with training a new employee at the window. They also wanted to make a.new batch of chicken strips so my order was hot and fresh. I have no problem waiting a few extra minutes for that. It was a great stop all the way around. I will definitely pop in again if I’m passing that exit again and need a bite.

Me and my boyfriend did a doordash order and they forgot the sour cream for our chili and as we were eating our burgers the meat was uncooked and raw in in the middle when we called the store Robbie a manager had said that he dont care and then in the same sentence says we can come back up there and he can remake the sandwiches. For 1 im not going to walk in the cold for sandwhiches to be remade after spending $30 and for 2 as a manager u never tell a customer that u dont care. Poor customer service skills.

Very Unprofessional Atmosphere and very disturbed by what goes on here at night ! January 11, 2026 at around 7:30 pm my husband and myself went to this location just for some late night chili. I Had to use the restroom and while i was in there, a employee of wendys was having a inappropiate conversation while smoking in the bathroom as i was watching smoke come up to the ceiling and there her to start coughing and than there was the over powering smell of Marijuana to accompany it !!! I was standing in there listening to her conversation of profanity and sexual talk to over hear the conversation and comment of ” Oh its ok i dont have to do anything my moms the manager ! ” LIKE SERIOUSLY THIS IS A BUSINESS !!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST AS WELL AS HER UNIFORM WAS NO WAY UP TO DRESS CODE AS SHE WAS WEARING SPONGE BOB PAJAMA PANTS !!!!!! WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN WE WILL DRIVE ACROSS TOWN FROM NOW ON !!!!

I have had chili from Wendy’s on & off for years.
I don’t know what the Wendy’s on 33rd started adding to theirs, but I’m telling you, I will need Judge Mathis to Court Order me to rehab, cuz I can’t stop eating it every single day.

We stopped on our trip for a quick sandwich. We stood at the counter for 10 min before we walked out the door. The skinny gal on the fryer was complaining about working and the gal on the line doing the burgers kept looking at us. No one said be right with you. Pretty sad. Wendy’s typically has great service. Moving forward we will think twice about any Wendy’s.

Customer service was weird. Bathroom was very dirty. Floors were sticky and toilets clogged and dirty. No paper towels. Drink station was also gross and had straws and lids all over the place. The food wasn’t good. Definitely not going there again!
