The dining experience is elevated by their efficiency; despite the restaurant’s popularity, the quick service and organized management ensure that guests feel well-attended to without feeling rushed. Whether you are enjoying their signature Non-Veg Sadhya or the Meen Pollichathu, the staff’s warm hospitality makes the meal feel like a homely feast rather than just a commercial outing. For anyone in Navi Mumbai seeking a blend of traditional Kerala culinary excellence and high-quality, friendly service, The Kerala Table is a standout choice that truly delivers on its promise of heart-led hospitality.
A significant part of our wonderful experience can be attributed to the leadership of the manager, Abhilash. From the moment we arrived, his presence was both welcoming and reassuring. He runs a tight ship with a smile, ensuring that the floor moves seamlessly even during busy hours. It’s clear that his dedication to guest satisfaction sets the tone for the entire establishment; he makes a point to check in on tables personally, making everyone feel like a regular.
Special mention must go to Sikkandar, whose service was nothing short of exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, navigating the menu with expert knowledge and offering recommendations that were spot-on. Sikkandar has a remarkable ability to anticipate a guest’s needs—whether it was a timely refill or a detailed explanation of the spices—all while maintaining a polite and friendly demeanor that made us feel right at home.
The synergy between the staff is evident, creating an atmosphere that is relaxed yet refined. It is the hard work of individuals like Abhilash and Sikkandar that transforms a simple dinner into a memorable event. I cannot recommend Kerala Table highly enough for anyone seeking top-tier service alongside their meal. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
The ambience was beautiful, the service was attentive, and the food was truly delicious—no doubt about that. However, we felt the salt level in some dishes was slightly on the higher side. It would be better to specifically request less or adequate salt while ordering.
There were a couple of important points to highlight:
1. The first bill presented to us included a service charge. I raised a concern about it, and to their credit, the staff immediately rectified the bill without any argument by removing the service charge. That was appreciated.
2. While we were still having lunch and planning to order more, we were informed that the kitchen had closed at 4 PM. This was not communicated to us earlier. Had we known about the kitchen closing time, we would have placed our additional order sooner.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience with great food and ambience, but better communication regarding billing transparency and kitchen timings would make the experience even smoother.
Welcome to Kerala Table, where every dish tells a story from God’s Own Country. From the aroma of freshly sourced kaima rice, the bold flavor of Kerala’s famous black pepper, to the comforting essence of coconut-laced curries, we bring you an unforgettable culinary journey — straight from Kerala to your table.
Dine the traditional way — served on banana leaves, surrounded by warm, Kerala-inspired ambiance and hospitality.
What to try:
The grand El Sadhya ; over 25 delicacies served in one traditional feast
Prawns Mango Curry ; tangy, coastal perfection
Black Pepper Surmai Fry ; bold, fiery & full of flavor
Mutton Curry ; slow-cooked with authentic Kerala spices
Kizhi Parotta & Flaky Nool parotta ; layers of softness, perfect with every bite
At Kerala Table, it’s more than just food ; it’s an experience rooted in culture, comfort, and authenticity.
The place serves good food but it’s not out of the world. Navi Mumbai has better places who serve better Kerala food (like grace, kerala bhavan)
Pros: Quality, Cleanliness
Cons: Price, mediocre taste
Do try grace restaurant Nerul or Kerala Bhavan Vashi and let me know!
