They straight up do not care, I get it, they aren’t rocket surgeons, and aren’t paid like them either. The issue is that they just seem to not care and then get visibly annoyed if you tell them something isnt right. The lady at the window straight up just closed the window on me mid sentence. Its not like I was being mean either, I was being as polite as ever. Made me sad and made my apple pie taste like sadness.

The guy taking my order was really short and I know it’s busy but you don’t have to be mean I asked for no onions. I got onions on my burger. I asked for extra sauce didn’t get any extra sauce and I paid for it and when the guy was taking my money, he was honestly rude about it and I’m a nice person and I always try to be polite and understanding because it is busy.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered my meal with a mocha frappe with no whipped cream. A younger female employee at the window had given me one with whipped cream and I POLITELY informed her it was to be none on there and asked if I could get one with none. I tried handing it to her, she STARED at me for about 30 seconds, rolled her eyes, took the cup and had someone else redo it. She handed it back to me and didn’t say a WORD. VERY nasty. VERY unprofessional. Should NOT work in customer service!!

I stopped here to pickup six espresso shots with six cream and two sugars. My order was quickly processed and accurately prepared. I was in and out of the store in a timely manner. The team member that assisted me was friendly and professional. I would stop here again for espresso whenever I am in the area again.

Tim deserves a raise. Whatever you are paying him increase it!!! I went to get a remake of an order that was previously messed up, this man was at the pay window handled my issue. Then he was at the pick up window to make sure my drink was correct and then he brought the food out to me. He was on top of it. This man was doing everyone’s job. I am greatful

Place is just all around sort of slummy and slow. Food is usually very sloppily put together and fries are ALWAYS cold and no salt.
To Mcd: you can’t resolve it – it’s NWI and McD – not a great combo. It’s the hiring pool you get to choose from.

JUST ordered food in the drive thru for a family of 5. Was told to pull around and wait for food, and they completely FORGOT about our order. Got the old, we’re soo sorry we’ll have it right out. Brought the food out and still forgot a quarter pounder for one of the meals. Was offered a couple apple pies for the inconvenience. Place clearly poorly managed and an overall embarrassment to the business. I will hold up the entire line waiting at the window moving forward due to your negligence.
