Went for lunch—the fried shrimp appetizer was absolutely delicious, the burgers were good, but the soups were excessively salty and the drinks were extremely sweet. I will be back for the shrimp for sure, but will probably pass on drinks. I’ll have to give the steaks a try at some point.

But overall cleanliness makes me wonder.
I see mold on the vent covers on the entire restaurant which impacts tremendously air quality in entire restaurant.
Please address mold issues in the HVAC system, ductwork , vent covers and acoustic ceiling tiles .

I had an amazing experience at this Longhorn thanks to Jade M! She was incredibly nice, friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I sat down. Her service was also impressively fast, and she stayed attentive the entire time to make sure I had everything I needed.
Jade had such a positive attitude and great energy that it really made the whole dining experience even better. It’s always refreshing to have a server who is both efficient and genuinely kind.
If you visit LongHorn, I definitely recommend asking for Jade M — she’ll take great care of you!

After being sat, the initial greeting from the server was super slow. We finally was able to place our order after 10 minutes of waiting. we ordered a kids meal and a salad. It took about 30 + minutes for the food to arrive. The waitress checked on us only once before the food arrived. The server was never to be found when we needed anything extra. Never checked on us after the food arrive. No extra napkins, ketchup, and salad dressing…. Just no kind of interaction. Ultimately, it was a bad experience with the lack of interaction from the server and bland food. Mind you, other parties of “2” sat after us, ate and left. She was really quick with others but forgot about us.

This is my first time at this location. I placed a to go order and got home and there was hair in my Brussels Sprouts. If it wasn’t so far, I would have returned it and got my money back. Instead, I called and let them know. The lady on the phone said she’ll get me a $10 coupon. She said I’ll get it in 24 hours. I never got it but I did get a coupon to get a free appetizer IF I purchase an entree. Well I’m not purchasing anything from there ever again.

We had a party of 13, they don’t have a lot of tables to pull together for larger parties so we waited for a little bit. So if you have a larger party, make sure to call ahead. They do have a bunch of booths though if you want to split your party up. It was worth the wait, the food was delicious and the service was great!

Came in for my Dad’s 85th birthday, and they accommodate us right away for a party of 12. Very nice and comfortable restaurant. The food is awesome and tastes great. Excellent customer service. They even sang to him. Great job Thank you very much

My hamburger looked great but was raw. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to embarrass my friends, but it was awful! I asked for medium. It was rare. My bun was soggy. Tasted nasty.

I place an dinner order at your restaurant and they did my order wrong big time. I order parmesan chicken and ribs with loaded baked potato and bread and Caesar salad and free sundae for my birthday. Baked potato was plain and bread was left out and forgot sundae. Unbelievable and ridiculous!!! Will never come back at these prices and on my birthday.
