We are a breakfast and lunch cafe in the heart of Edinboro. We are very proud to be a local favorite, and have been serving up tasty breakfast and lunch classics since 2011. Every month we offer a new special menu full of seasonal creations with locally sourced ingredients. You may find there is a wait on the weekends, but we promise it will be worth it!

This spot is a true local favorite, and for good reason. They serve a delicious breakfast with tons of options. Their famous cinnamon flip and flip potatoes are must-try sides. I had the crab and eggs dish and I’m hooked, huge portion, super tasty, and priced right. It does get really busy during peak hours, so expect a wait, but it’s totally worth it.

Flips always has a little wait, thats because the food is tasty! I had the crab cakes and eggs. The crab cakes were crispy and not soggy even under the egg. Was very pleased. Added a lil salt and pepper and ate!
