3 meals the only meal they didn’t put in the bags was my kids nuggets. They DID put the sauce. Missing sauce is almost normal at McDonald’s these days … but they remembered the sauce but not the food it goes with … we are from out if town staying at a hotel so before I drive back I decide to call and see if I can come back for the nuggets … and guess what they said: NOTHING THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. NOT HAPPY … that’s horrible service. In person and by phone. Luckily I was able to talk my kid into eating my dinner. But that came with tears and the “eat this or be hungry talk” no fun on vacation for sure.

I went here yesterday and ordered a McGriddle, they gave me a McMuffin. No big deal! But also, the fries were SO BAD!!! They were wet and soggy and unsalted and overall just disgusting. It also gave me very bad stomach problems that lasted days. Never had problems with McDonald’s until yesterday but still…not the best experience.

Was a large order, and it was brought to the table promptly, and with courteous staff. Food was hot, tasted great, had a nice grilled flavor, and arrived exact to our customized order. Each customized order was properly labeled. Very clean and well-kept restaurant. The bathroom was fresh smelling and clean. Management and staff have done a great job! Keep up the good work!

Was not told anything about issues connecting from app to the store. So I stood there 20 minutes before someone talked to me. Finally, she went to go get the manager. The manager notified me on the issues, and I had a receipt on my phone pulled up and the manager did not want to do anything about it didn’t even offer? To make it right or nothing very poor service

I documented 10 trips through this drive through because I felt like I was getting parked almost every time. Well, low and behold, I was asked to go park and wait 9 out of those 10 times. Also, for 3 of those trips, my order was incorrect. It’s not that busy, and I only order 2 or 3 things when I go though. There is absolutely 0 reason why I should be getting parked for 10-15 minutes for 6 cars in the drive through. The staff is awesome and super friendly and I always have a nice conversation with them, but the speed and service is horrendous.
