Dec 2025, placed my order at 20h30 to dine in, at 20h53 after asking where the food was, they eventually brought it out.
Absolutely shocking and slow, it wasn’t busy in fast food standards, but the slow service was causing a backlog of customers.
Absolutely shocking how slow this location was.

Walking into McDonaldland felt like stepping into a neon-fried fever dream, but every time I saw Grimace lurking in the corner my fries went cold.
His big purple grin wasn’t friendly; it was a silent warning, like he knew I wasn’t supposed to be there.
I left clutching my Happy Meal toy like a talisman, praying Grimace wouldn’t follow me home.

This mcdonald’s is horrible. First off, you wait 5+ minutes for 2 items and there will be hair, eyelashes or your food will be burnt. If you are lucky like me you get both burnt food AND the hair. Go anywhere else, there’s plenty of nearby options.

My wife went all the way over there to order us dinner. I am very disappointed at the fact that the fries taste our old are chicken nuggets also tasted hours old and our burgers were slack together and were mediocre. Normally with this location, I am very satisfied with not only the food, but the service, however this time around the food was awful. I don’t know if somebody needs to be trained about how long fries are to be stable when left under a heat lamp, but everything Tasted bad and old and I think I will regret eating this meal in the morning.

So I was driving a woman to get food she ordered and for whatever reason she returned with no food And was upset. Also a few days before that I went thru the drive thru ordered a mcgriddle breakfast and the person asked what sauce i wanted i asked why would I need sauce the response was for your burritos so I told them I didn’t order any burritos and I was clearly at the wrong place then drove away the person at the window looked angry

Has been a while that this place does not deliver good services. Food always has a delay, and my last visit was chaotic. My order took over 30 minutes to be served and despite requesting table services as I had a toddler in the playroom, my table number was being screamed at the front. Unable to hear I went up to the front to discover cold fries sitting there as a counter pickup. No courtesy from the staff that felt annoyed when I complained the delay in my order and advised I was unable to leave a little child unattended to be checking on my food that was not ready. The manager reported that the restaurant is not prepared for the demand and is understaffed.
Also the bathroom experience was shocking as the changing table had been removed, and this accessibility to younger children does not accommodate diaper changes, but does offer a playplace.
Can not be called fast food, lack on the cleaning and unprepared staff.
Allso does not offer the most updated facility services and products.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I waited over 25 minutes for my order, even though the restaurant was practically empty. Several employees went on break during that time, and they even served their own food before helping the customers who were still waiting. Orders were coming out with no organization or order, and people who arrived after me were getting their food first.
This location needs much better management and customer service. Very frustrating visit. Would not recommend.

was the only one in line and took 10 mins to get to the speaker, then told me i’d have to wait AFTER taking my order so i couldn’t pull forward even tho i ordered everything. then didn’t give me any salt on either of my fries when i even asked for extra salt, no straw for any drinks, 1 napkin for 3 food items? nobody had a uniform so half the time i couldn’t tell if they actually worked there, was just a bad night for them altogether i guess.

It was very busy and when I wanted to pull out of the drive through the card were lined up so far back to place their orders it was preventing the cars picking up their orders from getting out of the parking lot.

I made my order ONLINE before hand so I could get it and leave. They told me to pull forward and wait which was fine but I waited like 10-15 minutes and the girl asked me what I got and then gave me the COMPLETE WRONG order- missing stuff and didn’t get anything I ordered in the first place …. It’s like I Paid for a mystery box or something because what the hell?
