went to get it remade , they made incorrectly but failed to steam the outside bread was ice cold the cheese in between was not melted not even attempted was cold chicken was good ammount but was barley warm, ate half and decided to say NEVER AGAIN TB you need new employees and managers who care

Absolutely unacceptable. They should be embarrassed to serve this. Half a thing of chips and they didn’t give me any nacho cheese. I’m done with this Taco Bell. Hope it gets shut down.

Tasha and Lily made our experience so great! Tasha was so nice and patient Lily was efficient in giving us our food and drinks. They are both amazing! I appreciate them very much. Will be going back to the Taco Bell as soon as possible especially when Lily and Tasha are there.

I love Taco Bell. Hate to see one ran so poorly. I order on the kiosk. But watched someone stand, waiting to order, while an employee ignored him to talk to his friend AT THE REGISTER for 5 minutes or longer. Only stoping to yell at someone else to “help this customer”. Serious secondhand embarrassment and disregard for professionalism.

I’ve been going to this location for many years now and have always had terrible service. They constantly get my order wrong. I’ve always just kept silent but no more. On many occasions they either will not answer when you pull up to the drive through or they have an excuse not to take your order like “Our computer systems are down at the moment.” I’ve even seen them in the past park a car next to the drive through to block people from ordering. I’ve had enough with this location and decided to speak out after losing so much time and money for their sorry excuses and service. Terrible experiences over and over again.
