Went here on a Friday late afternoon for their fillet O’fish. Just your normal typical MckeyD! Can order at the kiosk or mobile or at the counter. The Apps will have special deals and you can use the same deal after 15 min of ordering. The fillet O’fish was good. The only thing was that the size is much smaller than before. The squared piece of fish is about 1/4 size smaller than before. Other than that, the taste is still the same. At this location, condiments is quite rare. They call your number or name to pick up your food. Need to improve this since you can’t hear it if you are at the main dining area.If you ask for Ketchup and or additional napkins, they frowned upon you. The dining area is pretty normal. Is was crowded when we were there but we can still hear our own conversations.

I’m very disappointed with this new model for McD. You are made entirely reliant upon the staff for refills, napkins, condiments and utensils. None are available for self service.
Unfortunately the staff is very harried and unable to fulfill such requests in a timely manner as they’re busy attending to the drive through and pushing out mobile orders. It’s very inconvenient.
I literally had to stand around at the service port and ask for some water multiple times before I was gruffly handed one by a stressed out employee.
Add to that the subpar parking/drive through situation. And transients sitting inside. I would not recommend this McD.

Drive Thru is fine, curbside takes forever. Average wait is 15 minutes when you park. No matter when you place the order, you’ll have to wait. Most likely, they need more employees

Be advised, the order service is really slow. I did driver through, there is wait, and fries they gave you are old. The staff dont know how to mix the fresh batch with the older fries and throw away old hard fries. So what I got is old hard fries. I order via app to pick up in the counter and still have to wait 15 min for my order to be ready. They are missing some operation training. This old lady keep talking about her life story. I will stop coming here. This will be my last time here. Service is getting bad to worst.

• When they gave us our meal, they forgot to include one of the Big Macs.
• They don’t have ketchup inside the store unless you ask for them, which requires waiting in a long line.
• During Monopoly game season, there were signs everywhere saying Big Mac boxes don’t come with Monopoly tickets. But we got two Big Macs. And they did come with Monopoly tickets, but they’d been pre-peeled off and stuck back on, presumably so the employees could check for winning tickets.
Big Macs were good though.

I went through the drive-through. I was waiting in front of the speaker for 5 minutes, and nobody spoke to us through the speaker, so we passed and went directly to the window. The lady said she didn’t see us, and now we needed to go back to the line. We found out that they had two speakers, but they speak and watch through the camera on only one of them. Please fix that so the customers don’t need to wait for nothing and get passed. And educate your staff not to give that look to the customers as if we are lying or something. Very unpleasant experience. It was the short, round lady at the window; the guy who gave us the food was courteous.

Review from the drive through only. Everything is getting expensive now, even McDonald’s. The small iced caramel macchiato was nice and refreshing but came with a $3 price tag (tax included). Service was nice and friendly. Looked like adequate parking was available.
