Went to this Wendy’s at 8pm on Nov 23 and stood at the counter looking at the menu for 5min before the guy at the front said that I needed to use the kiosk to order. I asked him where that was and he pointed at it. So I went to the kiosk and attempted to scroll through to find the new bacon cheddar burger that was advertised at the counter and wasnt able to find it on the kiosk. So I asked the same guy how to find the bacon cheddar burger on the kiosk and he just said “we don’t have it”. I asked him to order at the counter and he said “no, you have to order at the kiosk” I told him that I wasn’t sure how to use it and he just said “well to be honest, I don’t really care”. Long story short this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. We were just asking for some simple assistance. I’ve never ordered from a kiosk before in my life and my mom is 70 and nearly blind. This guy was very rude and refused to help, had a smart ass attitude and really needs some assistance himself on how to speak to people. As we left and another couple was crossing the parking lot heading in, I told them not to bother. And we went to Denny’s next door, which is what I would recommend to anyone considering stopping at this Wendy’s location. Or just go anywhere else for that matter, but skip this place. Not worth it.

I when ther on Tuesday at 6:30 pm and the woman did not want to take my order? She points at the kiosk and said rudely “Use the kiosk!” No one was in front of me. I asked for her name and she got hysterical. No manager? “No!”

I typically get a double or triple and Frosty…no combo because their fries are usually awful.
Tonight I got a bacon double biggie bag.
Everything was SO good…even the fries. On occasions that I do get fries, I ask for ketchup to mask the taste. I did not need the ketchup tonight.
I need to pay attention to when these young men are working(today it was about 9pm Saturday).
I think I’ve gotten really good triples from them too. Cooked well and not thrown together all sloppy.
The owners of this location on Daniels need to have these team members train the rest of the staff.

Food was hot and accurate. Went at noon so I knew there would be a line but it took twice as long as I would have guessed. It is a busy location right off the interstate. Drive-thru service. People taking the orders were pleasant enough

Had a double cheeseburger at about 7:00pm, Dec 23. By 10pm had explosive diarrhea for the next three hours. Worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. Should have questioned why there were only two people in the restaurant.

Horrible, went through the drive-thru and they absolutely rushed us, charged us for lemonade 50 cents extra ??? This also must be franchise owned and operated, fries were cold, the girl Imaya at the front said she doesn’t know how to determine which sandwich was which from spicy to classic, but you literally just packed them separately and you cannot even label them properly? Fries were cold and dried, sandwich was somewhat decent, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would highly suggest the Hispanic manager or shift manager to be taught lessons on ethics and etiquette, and how to be professional even with a nasty attitude, this must be addressed. This was the worst experience I ever had at a Wendy’s. This has to be the worst one to ever exist.

Unable to understand the guy working the drive thru- he was American just talked in slang and when asked him to repeat what he said he was very rude. Sick of people working in customer service jobs that treat the customer like crap. Will not be back to this restaurant. Owner of this restaurant, if you care this happened at 1115 pm on Saturday, September 20.
