(Curbside) 2 hours and still waiting on food is rid-dam-diculous. I understand it’s Christmas and it’s very busy, but 2 hours??? Really. Yall have to do better. Called twice. First time told me they’d have my order ready in 5 minutes but were out of grits. I substituted for more pancakes. Second time told me 15 more minutes. It’s almost up and no one has shown up yet. I’m beyond pissed. I had a 2’oclock function to attend and had to cook a few items. Now I will be late smdh

My server Alisa was by far the BEST waitress ive had in a long time she kept my coffee pot full recommended an awesome meal as ive never eaten at an ihop b4 whoever the cook was did a great job both preparation and presentation but ive got to give it up for Alisa BEST EVER!!!!!! anyone reading this ask for her by name i promise you will not regret it and yall know im a hard to please dude!!!!!! Happy new year EVERYONE!!!

Do not come here this place is awful. It’s disgusting. We waited almost 1 and a half. Just for the sever to come and tell us that they had not even started cooking our food. They were extremely backed up because of mobile orders.
I hope they do something about this place!

I took my husband to iHOP today to celebrate his birthday, and as soon as we entered, we were greeted by Caleb, who was very friendly. The food was excellent. Our server, Kiya, is fantastic. She has a welcoming attitude that makes you feel right at home. They both were just amazing!

Stopped here because our want to go place had an hour wait.
Almost walked out…paper cups for coffee..no cream..just milk in a paper cup..extremely noisy group of young people. French toast was cold..grits with cheese hard as a rock. Will NEVER go back!!

This message is to the owner of I Hop!This is the worst I Hop ever! They had no pancakes no Bacon not much of anything! They sat us next to the kitchen ! Watched a server put food in her mouth! This place is Dirty and Disgusting! We should have left! I wonder if the owner even cares! We had to listen to pots pans! How could I hop have no pancakes at 9,30 in the morning or bacon! Our meal was awful! I would like an Apology & my money back! To have to watch a server put food in their mouth while they are working ! Very Very Bad!!

Server was so kind and doing her best, but the kitchen is VASTLY understaffed, took over an hour to get our food. It was good once we got it, but having only 2 cooks during breakfast rush hour is the worst mistake ever as someone in the service industry.

I usually never go to IHOP due to service issues in general but this time we decided to give it another a chance and it was fantastic. Sade was a fantastic waitress, very quick and attentive and made sure we knew exactly what we ordered and if we wanted more. The food was fresh and very good. Cleaning up and bringing the check was done so quickly we didnt have anytime to wait.
Fantastic service, fantastic experience. Sade is a gem of this place
