Your staff couldn’t be serious with the serving size of this sundae. Unsatisfied is an understatement for what the Sunday cost. I probably won’t go visit this restaurant again for sundays. Sn: I stay 5 minutes from the Freddie’s so the ice cream didn’t have much time to melt.

Order was taken incorrectly in the Drive-Thru and so I was overcharged.Was told after about 10 minutes of sitting there that the young lady at the window did not know how to process a refund. After watching her walk around the restaurant with my credit card in her hand for about 10 minutes, pulled around and went inside. Explained to lady at the counter what was going on… she just walked away from me. Another manager came up like she had no idea what was going on, then walked away without communicating anything after I explained the situation again. When I asked her what was happening, she said I didn’t need to be rude in front of her guests, that these were “just children” working here, and then got into a shouting match with me. Ended up leaving with no refund. Absolutely unbelievable. Will never ever go there again.

Two visits. Same mistake both times. I ordered vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips and didn’t get chocolate chips—once I even got an entire quart of plain chocolate instead. You charge extra for add-ins but can’t get a basic order right. This place is sloppy, frustrating, and not worth the hassle. Skip this location and go to the Bethlehem one instead.

Drove all the way over to oconee connector to treat myself to a burger and specifically asked for the steak prime Burger and asked if they were pickles on it and they said no. A very specifically said “oh okay, I was just asking because I’m allergic”.
This is the Burger I was given after saying that I was ***allergic*** to pickles driving back home and opening up my burger to treat myself.
Then I was told I would have to come back to get a refund and it had to be the same exact day.
I explained I could not, that it was a 35 minute drive that I would be making *four times* in one day because of their mistake STILL hungry. So learn from my mistake and don’t go here if you aren’t close by or have allergies

Disappointed with the fried “frozen chicken”. It just tasted stinky and rubbery. All I asked for is a discount on another order, a cheese burger because I genuinely didn’t like the quality of the chicken and couldn’t eat it. The manager simply said no, I had to pay in full for a replacement. The manager didn’t even look at my plate to see that I didn’t eat it.. Poor management.

I’m a little confused. We only stopped for an custard and a sundae. It reminds me of a steak and shake, but with custard. Custard was almost the same consistency and flavor of soft serve ice cream. I was hoping for a more custard flavored desert. Restaurant serves a variety of burgers etc which we didn’t try. Service was average, but din Ingénierie area needed some attention. Seems to be understaffed.

The food is always so good. I eat there several times a year. Went through drive thru yesterday and cashier’s clothing was dirty, with what appeared to be dried food. My only complaint.
