I ask the lady twice for cook to order when I got to the window the gas said she didn’t put it in cook the order which I knew she didn’t because it didn’t say it on the board and after I seen that on the board I asked her again to make sure it was cooked to order now when the cooks get the ticket if it doesn’t say cook to order it will not be cooked to order so he fixed it made it cook to order when I got the sandwich the chicken on the sandwich was small the bun was bigger than the actual chicken so I had a lot of bun left over and the fries was supposed to be cooked to order too they were cold wasn’t cooked to order this is the second time I’ve had the same problem at this McDonald’s nobody likes cold food not even the workers who work there I’m pretty sure that every lunch break or every birthday take it if they eat that particular food they’re cooking it to order I know it’s fast food but that doesn’t mean it has to be cold do better

0 stars worst restaurant in town. Rude, lazy, and disorganized. Denied me a breakfast sandwich because they screwed it up. MCDONALD’S had my order in their hands. I told them I didnt want EGG. Then they proceeded to hand my money back and tell me they dont have it anymore. Last time I will stop at McDonald’s. Fake unhealthy food anyways. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME going here. I doubt I will shop at any McDonald’s anymore.

I was picking up for Doordash. There was 1 lady doing it all. Taking and bagging her own orders!! Even though the drive-thru was backed up, she kept it moving; Service with a smile I let her know that she was doing a magnificent job, keep it up!!

The service was terrible! I ordered online and when I told the lady I didn’t get my sauces she called me a liar and making slick comments. She actually made me show her the bag to prove I didn’t get them. I would starve before I spend any more of my money there.

Ugh. When you stop in for lunch and you wait at the counter for over 5 minutes and not one person comes up to take your order, yet they are certainly getting the drive thru handled, it’s frustrating. Had to leave because I didnt have more time to wait. Major disappointment.

My sandwich bread was hard and fell apart. The chicken nuggets were over cooked and dry and like a brick. I ordered Buffalo sauce they gave me BBQ. Over all I tossed my food in the trash and went somewhere else.
