Anyone that knows me or of me knows that 4 stars is the highest rating ingive, so don’t be offended. 4 stars is actually really good coming from me, the only thing I think sucks is that 1 & a half or 2 hours they close which is around 3:00am to 4:30 am and that’s only because there were many times I really wanted something from Jack in the box and drove there forgetting what time it was only to be told they’re closed and sent away by the voice from the loudspeaker but I do understand that there’s only 1 person holding it down during that time and they have to reset everything for the day ahead. I give major props and 5 stars to you sir or ma’am for handling everything by yourself, taking the orders and preparing them alone in a decent timeframe, you should get a raise for that
Oh and one last thing I don’t know her name but it was a woman that made my order a couple times around 2 am and it was perfect, it wasn’t all dry and put together like they were trying to ration their supplies, it had the right amount of everything all them sauces they use I even had to use a napkin cause I had ketchup and mustard getting squeezed out of the sides of the burger. Mmmmmm. Okay that’s it I’m going to jack in the box right damn now.

Diam disgrace.I ordered a spicy nacho chicken sandwich and my food wasn’t even cooked all the way and gave me the right order but wrong cheese . I will be complaining to corporate to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I have contact corporate like they said and never got a response. They say they will message you back but they never do. Today is 9/20 and now I’m missing 2 chicken sandwiches from my order. I would of assumed they would do better but they have gotten worse.

Gave it two starts because my sandwich was made to order and was pretty good. The tacos however, were probably 20 to 30 minutes old. Super soggy, sauce sipping thru the wrap. No crunch except the top of them. If you want then to taste decent order them without lettuce so they can make a fresh bash for you .

Server took $1.21 from me, when I confronted him and asked for a reciept he acted clue less. His response, It’s just a few cents difference. Hire people who can do math. I came for food not to give away my money.

Great customer service is key and they have always served it up right at this location. My order is always correct, the counter person always makes sure. They offer extra sauce and don’t give attitude if you ask them for more. I can recommend this location to anyone who likes Jack in the box. Even the drive thru is good and fast. Plus the prices are good.

Believe me is not because the $.20 cents I pay extra for the cook onion is just because i feel the chef is playing with my feelings we buy an shake so they gives us without wimpy cream and again they not even mention they are out of it plus on the app said pick up at counter so when i get there I try to open the door and was close the people inside see me and everyone turns around without said anything
