It’s been awhile since I’ve been back to Acapulco and being back after so many years I don’t know why I never came back until tonight. We were greeted with such upmost friendliest and polite hospitality and our server Jose. R was definitely the “raspberry topping to our flan”. Me and my sisters enjoyed the customer service and the food was “Muy bien”. I definitely recommend coming to Acapulco especially the Long Beach location. We also want to thank the manager Vianey for making us feel the warmth and welcomeness of the Latino culture. Thank you Long Beach Acapulco for the wonderful experience and hospitality; you will see us again definitely.

Rafael was absolutely amazing. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. His recommendations were spot-on, our drinks were always full, and the food came out perfectly timed. You can tell he really cares about providing great service and making sure guests have a great experience. Rafael completely elevated our night. This is exactly how service should be. Poz was great! The staff were friendly and atmosphere was nice and welcoming. I ate my heart out and celebrated my birthday. Although they were singing to my daughter and must of thought it was her birthday. No clue and then my obnoxious boyfriend thought he was recording! Needless to say I had a great day and did everything I wanted to do because I’m happy!

Well, being a former Acapulco employee, I must say that the service was excellent. Great customer service, a very clean atmosphere, and the food was delicious. Very nice restaurant, with a wonderful wait staff. We couldn’t stop eating the delicious free chips and salsa it was so fresh and tasty. On top of that their food was delicious, the dessert yummy, and the adult beverages tasty. We’ll definitely be returning.

I love to visit this place, brunch is always a pleasant experience nice views nice people nice food. Martin our server was on point and never left our table lacking anything. There is never a rush to finish here every employee and staff member from our server, Martin to the lady who makes the tortillas and The guy who makes the omelettes are nothing but professional and courteous. Thanks for always giving our family, a loving and polite experience.

Went for brunch buffet, very dog friendly!! That was a nice surprise. Lexi was a fantastic server super sweet. Best buffet ive been to in a long time. Fantastic patio overlooking the marina, couldn’t ask for a nicer time
