Excellent experience.
Free parking and no wait line.
Bathrooms clean, soap and paper towels weee stacked.
Victor was a great server, he was on point with his server cycle. He treated us with respect and kindness.
My drink was too sweet and he quickly replace it and it was better.
Food was hot and fresh fries. The cookie dessert was delicious!!!!!
Sports games and vibe was all in one place.

A few days ago I had the pleasure of visiting this pub. I always passed it up because I thought it was like the other wings place that I won’t mention. I’m so glad I visited. My server Charlene was the best! She was attentive and was not over bearing. She didn’t have to sell us on any item. It was all freshly cooked and piping hot. The wings were screaming yet we didn’t get to order the hottest of hot. Their zucchini bits were great! Nothing else to say othr than this is a chicken game changer for me. For the fun of it we ordered a burger. That was also delicious. Not dry, not over cooked. Perfect location to watch sporting events. A great night to hang out with friends.

I placed my order online at 7 PM. It had an estimated time of 7:20 for pick up. I got to the restaurant at 7:15 I told the guy my name he went in the back and didn’t come back for about 10 minutes so I sat down. As I’m sitting there, other people are coming in and getting their food and I’m like what is going on. Finally at 7:30 I say where is my order he goes in the back again for another 15 minutes and comes out with lots of orders. I realized he was the only one working that counter on a Bogo night so I do not want this to weigh bad on that young man. But the food was so overcooked there was barely any sauce on the wings. I spent over $50 so I was very disappointed and by this time there was six other guest at the Counter I didn’t complain. I just took my order and left.

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. We sat at the bar and were assisted by a blonde server whose name I unfortunately do not recall.
During our visit, we played approximately $260 -300 on the gaming machines. We ordered four drinks, yet none were comped. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication. When the check arrived and I questioned why the drinks were not covered, the server pointed to a small yellow card and explained that it was the only way drinks could be comped. This policy was NEVER mentioned before our orders were taken.
Had we been informed upfront, we could have made a different decision. Clear communication and basic customer service expectations were simply not met.
Unfortunately, this experience has ensured it will be my first and last time gambling at this location.

The service is absolutely awful!! A trur shame because our appetizers were great. Our waiter touched our table twice. Once to put in an appetizer order and the other to drop appetizers and drinks off. She told us she would be right back to take our meal order and just never returned. Our drinks sat empty, couldn’t get ranch or more napkins. We were able to flag down the hostess to get our check so we could finally leave.

First I want to say I know it is busy on superbowl and wait times can be long. I put in an online order at 330pm and it said it will be ready at 440pm. Thats fine with me. Again I know it will be busy but I showed up at 440pm and was told it was gonna be another 30 to 60 minutes until my food is ready. My problem is why no one told me beforehand that is was going to be longer. I am not gonna sit there for an hour and wait. This isn’t the first time this has happen. I suggest no one go to this location and pick another one. I have had great experiences at other locations.

I ordered a delivery order late at night from this location while I was near the area for lunch at work and when I took a bite of the chicken wings the meat tasted like what a sewer smells like. Sauce was great. The fries were extra stale like they were old or overcooked. I called them the next day soon as I woke up from working a full night shift to possibly get a refund since they were already close by the time I got to open my food at work and spoke with one of the kitchen managers, Arnan and my complaint and request was handled with extreme professionalism! That’s RARE these days.

Had a late night craving for wings so i got a 20 pack of bone in wings delivered, was highly dissapointed. These “wings” were tiny, overcooked and dry pretty much just skin and bone only thing they had going for them was the sauces were decent if it wasnt for that they probably wouldve been inedible. I remember going to Buffalo wild wings a few years back and the wings were larger and juicier, looks like they got cheap with the wings now. This will be the last time i get wings from here.
