Stopped after work because I was starving, went through the drive thru so I could eat on my way home. Got out of town and opened my “loaded Italian” and they did not put any meat on it… lol. So I paid $12.39 for a veggie sub, about 12 fries and a drink. I was already 10 minutes away by the time I noticed this, so it wasn’t worth my time to turn around. I did try to call a few times and no one will answer. This Arby’s keeps getting worse by the week it seems.

Went to this arbys just the other day and had one of the most joyous interactions that ive ever had in a restaurant drive thru, we didnt catch his name just that he was a higher energy individual with ear piercings and a silver chain necklace. Even when the order got a little jumbled and the train got too loud he took care of us and got everything in order while givin us a good chuckle. I never write reviews but i was blown away by how well his customer service was all around and hope his managers know that.

Ordered using the app 11/27/25 charged my debit card .Went to pick my order up and they were closed .Since it was Thanksgiving I was was originally ok with it.Csme home and called the # to get my $ refunded !Was told to watch my email for a response!5 days later with no response call them back and was told they are waiting on the managements response to my complaint!

The service was horrible, the person that took our order was very rude, she wouldn’t give us time to place our order. The food was awful, the curly fries were just little pieces only 3 curly ones in the carton,the bread was stale, and I asked for unsweetened tea and got sweet. We ordered cheese sticks and got fries. Our order was around 30 dollars. That’s a lot to pay for the wrong food. This will be my last time there. Arby’s used to have good quality food but not this one.

Never had this problem before but I got a number 2 which is classic roast beef and some other stuff, got home and had everything but my classic sandwich and I was really looking forward to that. So I have called the number 7 times and been busy, I really want my sandwich
