Ordered DoorDash and yall literally didn’t give me half my food. I even messaged the DoorDash driver and he said that the worker said everything was in there. This location sucks bruh.no drink, no sauce, no fries. Screw yall. Burger King and Wendy’s is better . And I’ll stand on that. I literally haven’t ate here in years but had a craving. Sucks I have to go all the way to Easley. That location is so much better and the service there is always 10/10

I got food Togo and my burger was supposed to be a double quarter pounder with bacon but was completely wrong and after going in for a second bite out of my burger I realized it was very under cooked my drink was inside of my bag to begin with and was already spilt all over my fries and nuggets making them cold and soggy. I will never again go to this location! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. That’s $30+ down the drain!
I got food poisoning and also contacted McDonald’s and was not only ignored by the manager but was also implied to be a liar about the whole situation even though I have photos as proof.

First mcdonalds I have gone to in a long time and how do I get treated? Well let me tell you, I come inside after paying for my food and I have to sit there for 30 minutes. Not only that but the employee that was giving food practically dropped it infront of me on the counter without even a smile or a normal mcdonalds farewell. My fries were practically upside down AND COLD. I understand it was late but the disrespect is something I will not tolerate. I will be taking my business somewhere that actually knows how to treat customers.

We all know that McDonalds doesn’t have the best food and service but I really didn’t expect the service here to be this bad since Clemson is kind of a tourist area. I spoke with Carys the GM about our food and service but it seems like she didn’t care too much about our bad experience here. Our breakfast was cold, the egg was a tablespoon and the coffee was not filled completely. In addition, everyone that was at the restaurant had the food brought to their table and served to them except for us. This was overall a very unwelcoming atmosphere and the location really needs to improve the mir food and service since they receive a bunch of visitors from out of town. If you want better service and food go to the Chick Fil A that is right beside this location.

One star I sold you love this place but today the man at the drive-through was so rude. I don’t even know what to say. At this point every time I would tell him what I wanted he would go huh and then whenever I got to the window to get my food he spilled a drink on me. I bypass that thinking it was just an accident and then when I looked in the bag at my food after I got home, I ordered a McChicken with mayonnaise and no lettuce they gave me a spicy meal And they put pickles on my chicken sandwich and there’s also no mayonnaise. I so do Wish that McDonald’s would do a better job with choosing who they hire. Never eating here again

Go to this quite regularly they usually get it right. DO NOT GO ON SATURDAY NIGHT. This crew is argumentative and clueless. Supposed to be a plain burger. And you know it had every condiment in the book on it. I said politely this was supposed to be plain and instead of remaking my order like they have 1000x I get told I ordered it wrong and it was my fault. Then they told me they could remake it but I’m not waiting for that after that. Any other day of the week they’re great.

This location has become is absolutely awful . No matter the time of day the meat coming out the kitchen is horrific. No one wants a Luke warm -dry chewy burger patty that you’re gonna choke on if you try to swallow ,that’s been sitting or chicken nuggets that are hard to chew .
I should not have to ask not once but TWICE -to have fresh food . . Today I ordered a mcd meal deal . Only thing even close to fresh were the fries . I asked for the sandwich and nuggets to be remade . Spoke with someone not in uniform but still seemed to be apart of management crew . She politely went to the kitchen and handed me yet another dry burger . Prob made the replacement burger with the same warming container the other from the previous burger was pulled from . After waisting my money here yet again & not much time left to eat.& i refuse to ask for ANOTHER remake . i ate it & almost threw up rubber meat at its finest ! All those meat warmers have timers for a reason . Management needs to make sure the kitchen is rotating fresh meat they do NOT .It’s not acceptable under any circumstance to serve inedible food .

Worked in restaurants my whole life and this is the most poorly run establishment I’ve ever seen. The staff is rude and they don’t make the food correctly. I order the same things and they taste different every time I’ve been here. Tonight I ordered a mcchicken they gave me the wrong type chicken sandwich and then wouldn’t refund or replace it bc I had taken a bite out of it. How on earth would I know that it’s the incorrect type of chicken sandwich without taking a bite. They should shut this place down and do something else here. Or just get someone new in charge who knows what they’re doing

I just moved up here and we go to mcdonald’s a good. We were very disappointed at the times that we had gone because it is so slow. Some of the employees are even slightly rude. The food was very good.Sometimes not hot and the macchiato’s would be made too far in advance. I understand that we are in a college town and that it can be the best place for these young students to go. With as much business as they have and always do I think that should hire a few more people. Every time we go it doesn’t seem like they have very many employees there. However, we will continue to go there. We just hope it gets better.

Ordered food and it took 16 minutes and there was no one else ordering food. Not only that but there are no napkins, ketchup or anything handy to get access to, and all the workers are in the back so good luck eating your greasy food without napkins.
