The food was good when I went. The juice containers had stains/dirty marks inside which made the juice look contaminated or bad. The lady at the counter seemed very annoyed I mentioned it and wanted a water cup instead. The manager got me a refund for a water cup, and the rest of my meal was delightful. Decent portions at this location too.

This used to be the best location but the customer service and quality are terrible. I ordered online and when I got my order it was wrong and the quantity was extremely small (filled about a quarter of the bowl and I had ordered and paid for DOUBLE of several toppings). When I went inside the store, staff refused to address it and got a manager who then accused me of “sitting in the parking lot eating half of it” so I could return it for “more free food.” This was outrageous. I will never order here again.

Service was fairly slow and not the friendliest but the portion sizes were decent here. The dining area was extremely dirty with dirty tables, floors and overflowing trash cans all while the cashier scrolled on her phone.

Worst service ever. I have been going to this location multiple times a week, ordering pretty much same. The quality of service is terrible, the young guys working the line seems not wanting to be there, they have atrocious attitudes. The beans are super watery portions are just nonsensical, I felt terrible ordering food at this location. One thing they dont forget is asking if you want a dash of queso literally like a tea spoon. I tried to call the number so I can speak to a manager but the robot wants so much information as if its trying best to not have anyone speek to a manager.

Usually don’t have an issue with this place, but tonight I had a young girl serving me who scooped out scraps of barbacoa for 45 seconds instead of getting out a new pan. The pan was completely empty while she fished through and got the scraps instead and put it in my salad. Wish I would’ve just walked out. This is coming from a food service worker, too. Wild

Talk about disappointment. The workers here are messed up. I come here on my lunch break but not anymore. I watched the lady at 1135am ish double up and pile food into the construction worker guys’ bowls and burritos, but then she only filled mine 50-75% to flushness of just the top. They had mountains of food, but I barely got any food. Damn sure not enough food to pay what I did. It’s disappointing to be excited for your food and then watch everyone else get copious amounts, but it’s my turn and she barely gives me anything. You could see half the bowl was empty. I’m a regular here, but not anymore. Super disrespectful staff. I didn’t say anything to them because I didnt want to cause a scene, but that’s just messed up. 3 guys ahead of me got loaded bowls/burritos. And I only got a bowl because I was told they give u more that way. What a disappointment. This is sexist or something idk.

This location used to be amazing and I never had any complaints. I can’t say the same anymore. 80% of the time now, my bowl is only half full and tastes and feels like it’s been sitting on the counter for an hour before being served. I usually get it delivered but i do not live far from the restaurant so it should not be arriving to me in this condition. The photo attached is before i had taken a single bite. It’s disrespectful. Would not recommend.

Visited this location twice. Both times were dine in. The first time, the tables and table area was too dirty to sit anywhere. We left and ate elsewhere. The second time, I was hoping would be better… we couldn’t find a clean or even semi clean table to sit at… and it wasn’t like crumbs left behind.. I’m talking cheese, sour cream, lettuce.. we love chipotle but this location doesn’t keep up with basic cleaning.

Best chipotle here in Wichita! It sucks because I live all the way on the west side, But it’s worth the drive. If you want to eat in a clean environment, I would recommend coming to this one.
