We got a breakfast sandwich and noticed when I bit down I had a pretty big egg shell. I called to let them know just so they could be aware. The manager said they were to busy that they would call me back later but never did. We didn’t want anything for free or make it a big deal but they were pretty unprofessional for being a manager.

One of the worst places I’ve ever eaten in terms of service; the cashier, a young girl, was very unwilling to help and very rude. I ask her nicely for some missing items in my order and she got mad and threw them at my hand. I have never been treated this badly in any fast food place. I understand when people have a bad day but is no reason to treat someone that badly.

I don’t know here lately Jack seems to be trying to hard and forgetting where he was from. By this I mean the sour dough jack was terrific now it’s like blah. Jumbo Jack use to be worthy of the cost but now that there like 5$ for just a small burger. Tariffs I guess also everything has these special sauces I had to order my meal the other day plain bc I was tired of getting some sad tasting sauce. I understand trying to diversify and trying to add potential revenue by altering your menu but not at a cost of forgetting your origins and your key product sales

Lady that got our order had an attitude. Gave her a $100 bill and was annoyed and when we picked up order she snatched the bag away saying it wasnt ours until my daughter walk towards us and confirmed it was. Wont be coming back.
