The restaurant was relatively empty at lunchtime, so I didn’t have high hopes. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean and lots of menu options. They brought the kids meal first, which was helpful. I had the shrimp fajitas, which were very generous and tasty. I had plenty to take home for a second meal. My husband had the cheeseburger, which he said was good. We ended the meal with a yummy molten lava cake. The service was fine, although a little slow.

I recently had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Alma, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything ran smoothly. The staff, especially Annalisa, were friendly and attentive, making the whole visit even better. The food was delicious, the atmosphere cozy, and the service top-notch. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great food and excellent service!

If time wasting and extremely poor service is your thing; this place is for you! We got here at 8:10PM sat immediately because it was not busy, one section was closed off. Only the bar section was operating. Our server did not come and get our drink order until 10 minutes after. I told her we were ready to order along with our drinks. She said she will only do drinks at the time and will come back after. She brought our drinks, left, came back after another 5 minutes for our order. She brought our chips & salsa after another 5 min. Waited and waited and waited for our food. Because we waited so long for our food we asked for another chips and salsa. After we asked, waited 10 more minutes. After an hour, we received our order. My daughter asked for a medium steak and it was rare. My beans were dry. The server never came back to ask if we needed anything else or refills nothing. Our server was so busy flirting with the guys at the bar rather than actually doing her job. We had to ask for boxes and our bill because she never took the time to actually service us. I told the server about the steak and she just looked at it, Pointed to the kiosk and said, “your bill is right there”! I have never, not once felt the need to not leave a tip; this night I didn’t leave one. I felt our service was beyond extremely poor. For it being a Saturday night, this place was empty. Now I know why!

Extremely disappointing experience. We waited at the door for over five minutes and were completely ignored by the staff — no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a “we’ll be right with you.” Several employees walked past us without saying a word. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on management. We ended up leaving without being seated. Definitely not the level of hospitality expected from a Chili’s restaurant.

Horrible experience! We use to go there often but the service went down bad after the long time bartender and a few staff left. We decided to give it a try again. Unfortunately they fell flat! Asked for no ice and got half a drink. My husband asked for light ice and got half a drink yet they want to charge $9.00 for it! The manager was just as rude as the server! We took our money across the street and even received full glasses even when we asked for no ice and light ice!

Updated review…..went for dinner on a Sunday evening and had some issues out of our control.(power outage). The staff were accommodating and seemed to be short staffed. Dealing with the outage they did their best. The food was good and fresh when served. The only drawback was being seated in the bar area and it is football season. Very loud and beligerant conversations between fans and ALOT of foul language put a damper on an otherwise nice visit.
Very busy on a Saturday evening and the food and service were on point for the situation. It was very very busy and wht struck me was the attention provided by all. We were attended to very well by all. Someone was always bringing us chips and salsa or drink refills. The food took a bit to come out but was very good when it arrived. A for effort/ teamwork. Will definitely be back.
