Spent $34 at what once used to be the cheapest fast food on earth… Just to get soggy broken cold tacos, smashed up Mexican pizza stuck to the box!! And a crunch wrap stuck to the paper and it looked like barf and all of it tasted like barf. The meat was old and over cooked.. it’s not hard to work at taco bell…I know I worked there in High School! Everything is pre-made and u dump it out of bags and into containers to warm or chill.. pretty freaking easy! Pretty sad people don’t give a shit anymore!

Worst possible experience ever at this place. Came in to use the restroom, was told by the shift manager (with condescending attitude) that restrooms are for customers only. Totally get it especially with homeless people around, but she didn’t understand that I was going to go through the drive through. I asked employees to speak to the manager, “we don’t have one right now”. Really? Then received more attitude from the shift manager who didn’t like that I was upset and vocally expressing my disgust with her treatment. Mind you I was not yelling at the employees or using any kind of curse words at them. 1. Bc I worked at Taco Bell long ago and understand some customers are difficult. 2. Bc they just don’t get paid enough. But here she was throwing attitude and accusations. I REFUSE to ever come here again. Absolute worst Taco Bell experience PERIOD.

I pulled up thinking I’d grab a quick bite. Yeah, right. Felt like they were literally growing the lettuce in real-time. Sat there for a solid 30 minutes for a couple of tacos. At that point, it’s just disrespectful.
Seriously, don’t even bother. You could dip across the street to McDonald’s and back twice and still get your food faster. Any other joint in a 5-minute radius would get it done before you finish checking your phone.
Verdict: Zero stars for speed. It’s a hard skip. Go anywhere else.

My order came out quickly and everything was correctly made to my liking. The young man at the drive thru was very efficient and friendly. I think he said his name was Elijah, his smile and attitude made the interaction pleasant, I was kinda having a bad day and the smile he shared brightened my day.

We had to wait 10 minutes extra for our online order. We thought we where going to get everything in our order but unfortunately we where missing stuff. Chicken quesadilla and two chips with cheese. You can see in the photo, 5 staff members were just hanging out talking and did not acknowledge us at the drive through. I tried calling them multiple times to let them know that I was missing items but no one ever picked up. The food quality taste really cheap. Our order came with crunch wraps and they didn’t crunch what so ever, it was soggy and stale. This is the worst Taco Bell ever and we will never come back here.

Okay, I don’t post reviews often, but I feel compelled to make this review. The food at this Taco Bell is sooo good compared to so many other Taco Bells I’ve been to, especially in Reno. Fast, friendly service. The nacho fries were bomb!

The crunchy taco shells are stale but the tacos were very full and the meat was prepared well. I got my tacos faster then my payment could process and the guy at the counter was very fast and efficient.
