Amazing food and service. Ethan was awesome along with the whole crew including and especially the chefs. We were a party of 10 before the restaurant got the dinner rush on Friday night. We will be back but not all 10 at once☺️ Happy birthdays were had tonight. Thank you to everyone at Nori

There is more to Japanese food than just sushi and ramen. Their chicken karaage is so far the best I’ve tried. The spicy garlic chicken is very good. Though the chilies they use are way too spicy for this girl. Just pick them out and the spiciness is tolerable. Grate customer service and a beautiful restaurant. I highly recommend this establishment.

We ordered a bento bowl and three rolls. One of the rolls had yellow tail tuna and a great cilantro sauce. It was amazing. All the food was delicious and fresh. The service was great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The place is upscale casual. I think people who complain about the Service may be used to fast food. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best sushi around – in our town. We’ve tried all the “best” and Nori is heads above the rest of the sushi restaurants. We started with the spicy edamame that was mentioned in the reviews, yum. We asked for a sake suggestion and it was spot on, delicious. We had three rolls, all of them were fresh and deliciously prepared. They have some imaginative rolls in addition to the standards. Quality food, service in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Staff was warm and welcoming, comfortable chairs, calm environment and soft lighting.
Tried it today, food came quickly, service was attentive and very nice.
I had the spicy edamame and the California/Salmon roll combo. (It is supposed to come with Miso soup, which I didn’t receive.)
Very tasty and filling! Definitely recommend and will be back.

As soon as we entered we were greeted with a very clean and friendly atmosphere. We were sat quickly. The menu has a lot of interesting sushi options as well as bento boxes. The waitress, Zoey, was very welcoming and accommodating. The food is delicious and well priced. Definitely stop in if you’re looking for an elegant vibe with hole-in-the-wall prices and great food!!

We were driving down from Seattle to the Bay Area and stopped by Medford to eat. We wanted to eat a local, small business restaurant that was fast, affordable, and authentic. When we entered we were immediately sat, promptly served with great, friendly service, and I judged the authenticity by the agedashi tofu and was not let down. The prices were much more affordable than what we had seen around town and the establishment was incredibly clean and polished. We ordered the karaage, miso soup, crunchy roll, Lion roll, and chicken katsu. We also ordered some yuzu drinks. Nothing disappointed. Everything was fresh. We normally try to avoid Medford because we’ve had family and friends who’ve had bad experiences in town but am happy to have found a little spot where where there’s nothing to worry about. Next time we pass by Medford, we’ll definitely be coming back and ordering the best crème brûlée I’ve ever had.
