This Burger King needs to do better on late night orders, the service here sucks. Even if it’s the last 30 minutes of the store being open, make the ice cream like that was gonna make my day lowkey now it’s ruined.

Full disclosure: this review would have been higher for service if I hadn’t run into an issue with the Burger King app. I usually order through the app because it often has good deals and lets me earn points toward free food.
On this visit, while I was in the parking lot, the app suddenly wouldn’t let me complete my purchase using Apple Pay. I was frustrated and didn’t want to go through the hassle of adding another credit card, so I ended up just buying a cheeseburger with cash instead.
The end result was that I spent a lot less than I normally would, which likely cost the location additional sales. I’ve since used the app again with Apple Pay and haven’t had any problems, so I’m not sure whether this was a location-specific issue (like Apple Pay not being accepted there) or simply a temporary app glitch.

Ordered a whopper and got two buns with what looked like literal slop or wet cat food in between them. No meat patty, just foul smelling slop. Fries were also unpleasant to eat, hard and squishy. Terrible food service.

I visit this location regularly, my experience has never been anything but satisfactory! I’m always spoken to kindly and my food is made correctly every time. I don’t eat cheese, and most restaurants mess up my orders because of that, but this location has always been great at making my orders correctly.
My food is always delicious, sometimes there’s a bit of a wait time but with the service I get here I don’t mind waiting a little longer. Thanks!

Absolute trash. The drive thru line of 4 cars took 25 minutes because The girl taking the orders could barely speak English and only waited on one car at a time from intercom to window before she would wait on next person in drive-through. I understand that all people need to work, but can we not put a special needs person at the drive-through causing a hold up like that? Also, she gave me the complete wrong order, which was great. I’ll never come back.

Ordered 2 woppers one with cheese, the other with ex. Onion and ex pickles, 1 large fri, 1 large drink, and 1 sm. Onion ring, not even 2 drinks it was 27$, I left went to Olive Garden ordered 2 full meals with sales and bread sticks it was 37$ and we ate on it for 2 days will never go to Burger King again!!!
