Very courteous young man at drive thru unfortunately our food was not good and seemed old. We ordered wings and they were all burned and black meat and black bones, tasted funny. Very unhappy with meal. See pictures below!!!!

Before placing my order the cashier made me aware that it was going to be a 15 minute wait on spicy chicken. But fresh classic chicken was up and ready. So I’m standing there waiting and nothing is being prepared. So I ask how much longer it was going to be because she stated before I placed my order classic chicken was ready right. That was a lie so I asked for a refund. And the manager charged my card again for the same items. So I called my bank to confirm what I was charged then I had to drive right back again wasting my time on my lunch break to confront this same manager again. He knew he charged my card twice. And he probably didn’t think I would return so quickly. Do use your card at this location.

I ordered through the app, got into the drive thru, and then waited in my car for 20 minutes, went inside to wait for 10 minutes, and then received my order. I’m not sure what was going on, but it looked like there was plenty of chicken and lots of people working, but no one was packing orders and there were a lot of us waiting. I was a little surprised, but the chicken was hot! I love Popeyes chicken because it’s not greasy and it’s got a good crunch to it.

Worst delivery experience EVER. I accidentally placed an order for pickup (I intended to place a delivery order) and they refused to give me a refund. I understand it was my mistake, but you still give your customers refunds if they don’t receive their food. No one picks up the phone and their online customer service SUCKS. I need a refund or I will take this elsewhere.

I originally ordered a mobile order, but when I went through the line, something was going on with their system so they instructed me to come in when I went into the store. They were so accommodating and communicative that I could not be upset with them. They communicated well they provided good customer service and they were accommodating for the delay. This is what I call customer service. The rest of the Popeyes in the area. Need to look at this store for direction. Kudos to you!!

Waited in the drive through behind 2 cars for 10 minutes before advancing to the menu to place my order. My order was not complicated and when I checked my bags to verify and noticed that they missed an item the clerk at the window rolled his eyes and grabbed the item from the counter and stuck it out of the drive-thru window. No apology, no ‘thank you’, he just turned his back and started talking with a coworker.
The food was lousy and I threw most of it away. I wasn’t expecting a 5-star meal because ultimately it is fast food BUT it wasn’t prepared well. Waste of my time and money and won’t be patronizing his business ever again.

I’ve been here twice and eaten here once. The food is pretty good when they actually help you. The most recent visit I gave up and walked out. I waited in line (as the only person in line) for about 10 minutes. There are 6 people behind the counter coming and going, doing their own thing. The person working the counter finally told me to give her a minute. Walked in and out of the door and around the dining room. Nobody else in the dining room and me still in line, mind you. She finally gives the keys to someone else and walks out to her car and sits in it. I never said a word and nothing else was said to me. I walked out. If this is how Popeyes feels a business should be run, it should indeed be closed down…as another poster mentioned. I already have low standards for fast food service, but this was absolutely pathetic.

Wait over 30 minutes absolutely trash and then they had the audacity to give me three tiny pieces of chicken. My order was super small and it still took over 30 minutes. There was no one in there, but one of the person in front of me and then a bunch of people started showing up, and they started giving people their orders before mine. I literally had four people behind me, get their orders before mine, and their orders were larger than mine absolutely do not go here!!!! They need new management and new employees is poorly managed and poorly ran. I strongly suggest going to a different different one, even though all the rest of Popeyes near this area have really bad ratings as well.

I honestly can’t review this location-i could not find it! I was over on South Blvd. And I really like Popeyes a lot, I saw there was one near me and was using my gps. It guided me into a large shopping parking lot and kept me going around in circles by telling me to go south, east, northwest, etc. I just could not keep up with what direction I was headed everytime I turned in that big parking lot in the dark and trying not to have an accident. I think if i was told to go straight one hundred fifty yards and so on, i might have found it. I gave up and ended up just going to Harris Teeter and home.

Please close this location IMMEDIATELY! Worst one in Charlotte NC. Staff looks so unhappy. Very unsanitary looking, and don’t give a care about anything. They never have anything prepared, always dead you to the parking to wait on food. Smh. If you gonna run a franchise you need to have staff thst wants to be at work. This location makes Popeyes franchise looks disgusting. Just close. Absolutely ridiculous how this restaurant is ran.
