If you want to get in and start eating immediately but avoid burger grease, this place definitely will hit the spot.
Me and my family love to come here Sunday mornings/early afternoons when we have time as my kids love it. Yesterday we were celebrating my sons birthday and by his request we went here with 2 of his friends added. So we pay… THEN are told after a party of 80 yes 8-0 are coming so find a seat up in the front section. Yeah no tables in the front so we had to take one of the reserved tables.
3 minutes after we sit down and get the kids ready to go up for pizza the 80 people walk in and this is where infinitos needs to do better. There was no pizza prepared. My kids each got a slice and a bread stick and that’s all they could eat. After 20 minutes in line for more pizza we get up to the front for there to be no more pizza and have to wait even longer for it to be made.
There was a mom by herself with her 2 kids who was complaining up front and I jumped in complaining because our 3-9 year old children could not eat and the answer is “idk where the manager is” so I grabbed pizza for myself and seen her sitting there explaining to her kids they have to just go somewhere else for food so I gave them my plate of pizza. She was so grateful but I shouldn’t have had to give my food to someone else’s children because infinitos had crappy planning/management.
I really don’t know if We will come back. 70 dollars later and I had to stop at McDonald’s after because no one ate.
I have a medical condition that makes me more susceptible to infections, so I’m especially careful in buffet environments. While dining, I personally observed multiple customers repeatedly reusing the same plates at the buffet, with visible food residue still on the plates. I watched serving utensils make contact with those used plates and then go back into the shared food. This happened with more than one person, not just a single incident.
Because I have worked in food service for years, I know this is a basic cross-contamination issue. I calmly raised the concern. One customer became hostile and told me to “worry about myself,” and when I asked an employee about their policy, I was told this behavior was “normal” and not against their policy, which is simply incorrect. Reusing plates at a buffet and allowing utensils to touch soiled plates is a major food-safety violation.
What was most disappointing was the lack of intervention or acknowledgment from staff, even after the risk was clearly explained. Buffet food safety is not optional, and allowing this puts everyone at risk, especially children, elderly customers, and people with medical conditions.
Because of the seriousness of what I witnessed, I reported this incident to corporate and the appropriate food-safety authorities. Until this location takes sanitation and staff training seriously, I will not be returning.
Yes, you should always use a new, clean plate every time you go back for more food at a buffet to prevent cross-contamination, a standard health code requirement and crucial for food safety, stopping germs from your used fork/plate from getting into the communal serving spoons and food. Reusing a plate can transfer mouth bacteria to serving utensils and then to other people’s food, potentially making others sick

I’m just sad that I didn’t get any desserts but not because of them.It was just because I was too lazy to ask for a request of something. And we left, but it’s okay, maybe next time
