So the visibly old man who took our order of a RB double had a sauce modification, a Half pound meal with a sauce mod, and a dbl bacon meal with sauce mods and everything else was done but don’t tell in your old age you can press a button on a simplified menu…just quit now and retire do every one a favor who wants what they requested and intentionally paid for. For reference the order was placed at KBP-01176-AZ-Peoria, Arby’s #1176 5/18/25 at 9:19:14p order #255, and I know this family who made this order made sure he was heard and confirmed…so before your employee at the register “Tyler” was at, and tried to backpedal, yeah try again….lets see if we go back there are other Arby’s out there for sure and can probably find better service, hell tbh try the churches on Glendale and 55th Ave or so it’s gas and you get what you ask for. Worst thing is that the sauce were asked for and it didn’t even make it to the receipt

This order was a LIMITED King Hawaiian sweet heat chicken sandwich with a large crinkle cut fries and a regular Strawberry Market Fresh Lemonade. I enjoyed the sweet heat flavor of the sandwich and I love the the fries and ooohhhweeee that drink was delicious. My order was delivered to me with care and a friendly smile.

So I live close enough to walk to this Arby’s. Got there right at 10pm. One worker saw me walking across the parking lot and went over locking the door. The dining area is apparently closed at 10pm. Okay. No biggie, then they tell me to go through the drive thru. But they don’t serve guests not in a vehicle. . So I ask if I can just order with them and take it to go. Nope! Had to download Arby’s app, place order, but pickup in Drive thru?! Finally got them to agree to just hand it to me out the door. They didn’t have the cherry turnover, It happens. Okay, can I get a refund? NOPE. gotta go through app for that. Can you replace with the new orange cream shake, NOPE, wanna cookie or more fries? So opted for the cookie. Still, not mad. But then I’m waiting and waiting and still waiting. Finally got my food over 20 minutes later. The staff was polite, but seemed a little confused on what to do. Guessing not many people walk up that late at night. ( first time for me in 10 years) but then they hand me a bag without handles knowing I’m walking home with my meal. ( I saw plastic bags with handles thru the window, maybe I’m over thinking, but come on. Seems like a no brainer to me ) Thankfully my Mom ALWAYS taught me to be prepared, I had a folded up tote bag in my purse. I get home 5 minutes later. Check out the attached pictures of what my $12 Wagyu Burger looked like. It was flavorful, the first half anyway. The second half was too soggy to eat. So presentation is zero, flavor 4/5. Quality/value 2/5
