I haven’t been to a Chipotle in over a year. I know they used to be really strict on portion sizes before, but this is ridiculous. Everything they scooped was a half scoop. They lady put a scoop of rice in the bowl then took some out. I was like OK ill ask for extra rice. Sorry we charge for that” Everything els down the line was the exact same. I swear the container and the lid was the same or more weight then the ingredients inside. Im not even exaggerating. I promise im never going back to a Chipotle ever again. I know its not the employees fault. They are just following orders from higher ups. Never again wasting my money here.

my spouse and I pick up and deliver orders. This is our 3rd verbal and written complaint regarding this particular Chipotle location. On Friday February 27th between 3:45 – 4pm, I walked into this location to pick up an order and stood beside a Hispanic woman who was also picking up an order. I witnessed the woman show her phone to the worker on duty to disclose who she is picking up for, take a picture of the order, receive it and walk away. I then proceeded to show my phone to the associate to inform her who I am picking up for. I took the picture and confirmed the order. However, the associate requested that she see my phone again to see proof of confirmation. I then asked her why she did not follow this same protocol with the previous person. She did not answer and instead took the bag and placed it back on the shelf and walked away. There was another woman there who I believe works there but was not on the clock and dressed in regular clothes that was talking to the associate during this time and witnessed the entire incident. I requested speaking to a manager as this is a recurring incident that truly needs to be resolved. As an individual approaches me, before I can explain what has transpired, there are multiple associates who were not involved and did not witness anything speaking Spanish and providing their input. Now this associate who I believe is the manager has not heard my explanation yet and is also refusing to hand me the order. I then calmly explain to her what happened and that this is a recurring issue that I have documented with corporate multiple times especially with the initial employee. I also mentioned to her that all the back and forth talk and hearsay does not matter. In fact, the only things that matter now is that there is a witness and cameras that are recording everything. I expect to be treated the same way you treat others in this professional establishment and I will inform corporate of the same. She then handed me the order and I proceeded on with doing my job. It is obvious that my previous complaints did not resolve this problem and so therefore I must take further action as I no longer wish to be subjected to what appears to be discriminatory practices.

The chicken was very good, the steak in the bowl didn’t quite convince me, but the house-made nacho chips were absolutely fantastic — a real dream when paired with the delicious guacamole. The guacamole itself was excellent. The drinks from the soda machine also tasted good, which is not always a given — no chlorine taste here.
Sure, the seating isn’t particularly nice, and the interior could be a bit more organized and cleaner. But honestly, you’re here for the food, and that delivers. The staff member who prepared our meal was very patient and helpful, which we really appreciated since it was our first time and we had no idea how the ordering process worked.
Overall, solid food, fair prices, and absolutely worth it for what you get.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Went with my gf and she asked for extra rice because they skimped her on the portion, the server in a CERTIFIED TRAINER hat told her they charge for extra rice, which is complete BS and not true. We got skimped on the rest of the portion sizes after that too. I had like half a portion of chicken. The bowl wasn’t even filled to the line and it was half empty on one side. I should’ve taken a picture. To top it off they were out of forks. Long story short, if you want expensive garbage, this is the place for you!

Another 1 star review, for this horrible Chipotle. The customer service is the worst, if you ask for anything extra the employees roll their eyes and cop an attitude. On top of that I ask for a bit more rice in my bowl and they charge an extra $1.40 X 6 for two bowls. I can’t understand how this store is even still in business. Then the portions of chicken are ridiculous not even a full spoon. Keep running this location into the ground and you be out of business. You lost 2 more customers forever

Even though the staff was polite the portion of rice was so small compared to any other Chipotle i have been. This message is for the manager or owner who is charging for extra rice when the amount given is half of what other Chipotle’s give. I guarantee the business you will lose due to charging for extra rice will hurt this store financially more than the money they will make charging for extra rice. I eat at numerous Chipotle’s throughout the state and rarely have to ask for extra rice, but when I do I am Never charged.

I ordered double meat, and still received what looked like a regular portion — as if serving what I paid for was somehow unacceptable. My friend noticed the exact same issue with his bowl: very skimpy meat portions.
The guacamole and pico de gallo were both poor, lacking freshness and flavor. Overall, the food was disappointing and not up to Chipotle’s usual standards.
Service was slow, and the staff felt unwelcoming and visibly annoyed, which only made the experience worse.
If all you want is rice and beans, this place might work. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Very unprofessional staff. Ive noticed how they mock people picking up their order, very disrespectful. I also notice bad attitudes from employees when asked for anything extra. How they roll their eyes at the customers. Especially the 2 girls in the front. This is not a Chipotle I would recommend just because of the customer service. Food is okay. I would never dine in, just pick up.

Truly a shame how this establishment is run. Yes, it is still a chipotle so the food is good. BUT, my goodness the service and management is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and look at the hundred 1 star reviews left for this store lately. Sad to see no changes have been made. I have been to this specific once or twice a month for years and it has got so bad that I will drive the distance to go elsewhere. Rude employees and be prepared to wait for 30 minutes in side if there is any type of line. Don’t bother placing a to go order, that’s the worst part of this restaurant. It’s not for a lack of help because there are plenty of workers just standing around talking bad about customers in Spanish. Please make a change of management.

I used the app to order in advance, thinking it would be faster than ordering at the restaurant. The app said the food would be ready at 12:30 and I arrived at the restaurant at 12:30 and then waited 15 minutes for the person to prepare my food and she only did it after I kept repeatedly asking her where my order was. All the while I was watching people and mine order their food and get it right away.
