The food was good, but not outstanding. The soup itself was nice and comforting, but the noodles didn’t really do it for me. They didn’t taste homemade, and honestly, I don’t think they were the right type of noodle for a proper pho ♂️ .
Overall, it was a decent pho experience and we did enjoy our meal. I’d rate the food 3 out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐ — it was good, but not very flavorful. Personally, I wouldn’t come back a second time, mainly because I’ve had much better pho at other places. Still, not a bad spot if you’re in the area and want something quick and comforting.
We could find a table very fast, the staff are very nice.
The food was great, very nice soup but I only did not like the noodle, I’m guessing it’s not home made or I think it’s not the right type of noodle.
In general was a nice Pho and we enjoyed.
The bun bo hue is not spicy, so I highly recommend adding some saté or chilli oil to it to give it an extra kick. They don’t skimp on the meat and there is a good portion of noodles. Everything always tastes fresh!
It’s a small and cozy restaurant, where people eat and go. So stop by if you want a comforting bowl of noodles!
Liked that it came with bag of vegetables and sauce
Beef balls were good.
Too bad the main event which is the Pho broth was just mediocre.
However, I noticed a significant amount of MSG in the food. As someone highly sensitive to glutamate, I could feel its effects. While it might enhance flavor for some, it’s something to be mindful of if you’re sensitive to MSG.
