as someone who worked fast food customer service for a really long time I definitely understand how stressful and fast-paced it can be. especially on a holiday and I deeply appreciate their hard work. however taking that small extra moment to make sure a lid is on correctly is pretty important. I typically have really good service at this location. but I was handed this sundae with the lid not on properly and it immediately popped off in my car and made a huge mess. a little more mindfulness would go a long way. I don’t expect any type of apology, it truly is a mistake, but if this is able to just gently remind people to just be a little bit more careful, that would be great. we all need little reminders sometimes.

The restaurant is clean, the dining area is neat, and staff move with purpose even during busy times. Prices are fair, and the app deals make it even better.
If you want a quick bite without any hassle, McDonald’s is a dependable stop.

I have been to this location three times now.
I have to admit all 3 times were not the best experience. Mainly with the food. Let me just say this: if you come here later in the evening, don’t expect fresh food. If you want it fresh, you are gonna have to request that whatever your purchasing is “Cooked to order” (made fresh). Like I said I have been to this location 3x now, and each time I ordered something different and all 3x I have received food that has been pre-made and sitting around, not fresh at all!

Horrible service!!! Fries were severely under cooked, went back to get new ones and they were under cooked again, chicken nuggets were also under cooked, and my sandwiches were ordered as just ketchup and cheese but when I went to eat them they had everything on them. The staff working seemed like they didn’t give two craps and this is not the first time I have had issues with my food from this location and the staff

I always come here. I’ve never once had a single complaint until today. My friend and I came through and got 2 separate orders. I had none of the correct sandwiches. And she had the same exact problem. They forgot my sausage and syrup so I had already went back through the got home and I see nothings correct. Don’t go to this McDonalds they’re rude and don’t do a thing right.

I’ll NEVER, NEVER eat there again! Besides the old hard chicken that they gave us and the hair in my snack wrap, there was a fried bug at the bottom of my daughters fries. Yes, you heard me right, a big fried bug. Beyond disgusting. Beyond unacceptable. How does that even happen? Both my daughter and I threw up, not bc we ate a bug bc thankfully we did not, but even the thought of it makes me gag. Yes, I got a refund 2 days later, but that really isn’t good enough.

Ordered through the mobile app, arrived and the store was closed. Tried contacting store directly (app customer service recommended calling store to get refund), no answer. Called over multiple days, no answer. Called customer service 4 times, each time they created a new refund request and said they sent it to the store. Never received refund.

I have never worked at a McDonald’s, however, I have worked in the food industry, including the fast food industry. I know that even as a high schooler, there are some things that I just wouldn’t hand out to customers. Example: perhaps a cinnamon bun that has been OVERHEATED to the point of having almost zero icing on top and 95% of icing in it’s box! Oh and on the outside of it’s box. This place just gets worse and worse. Or it will improve briefly and then down slide drastically. Just needed to share.

Had to call customer service to get a refund because they “aren’t doing mobile orders tonight”. We went at 10 pm an hour before close and waited at the drive through for 10 minutes and nothing. A girl comes out and doesn’t even acknowledge us. She saw us and didn’t say anything. We park, go to the door, and it’s locked. Get new employees or something because the customer service at this establishment has gone to shit.
